Located on the 1st floor of a 16th century building, this apartment has been completely renovated between 2019 and 2022.

The entrance hall leads first to a separate toilet area, then to the living room. This area is typical parisian with high ceiling, beams, parquet floor. Furnishes and decoration were selected for comfort as for the sofa for 3 people, the armchair, the marble cofee table and the desk area.

After one step, you will discover the area with kitchen and the dining area for 4 people maximum.
This whole room is atypical with its high ceiling of more than 3 meters, the huge glass roof and the 2 windows giving to the street.

From this area, 2 doors for the 2 double bedrooms all facing the courtyard.
They have their own bathroom, one with its toilet, the other without toilet, the one of the entrance serving as a second toilet.

The first bedroom is next to the living room and opens onto it through a glass wall. A blackout blind provides total darkness.

The second bedroom opens onto a small patio. The bathroom can be reached by descending a few steps.

The 2 showers have a roof opening, which means that you can take a shower while seeing the sky of Paris, incredible but true.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Maintenance service throughout your stay;

Fabulous apartment, great location.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful apartment. The St. Germaine area is great with lots of restaurants and nightlife. Cyrielle from Glamaparis was available to us and made our stay easy. To anyone heading to Paris, Glamaparis is a reputable and reliable company.

Great Location in The 6th

My girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment while attending Deco Off and Maison & Objet. The location cannot be beat. The street is very lively at night, but, the noise level inside in the winter (without the windows open) was very little. Two nice size bedrooms with proper baths for each. A great find!

We stayed 8 nights and quickly felt like we were part of the neighborhood. A relatively roomy 2 bedrooms with 2 very nice bathrooms. 1 flight of easy stairs from the street entrance. Super convenient to everything, including a taxi stand. Glam Paris folks were more than wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again

Wonderful place, perfect location

Our family of three enjoyed our 2 week stay. The location was amazing. So close to the Metro, wonderful shops, restaurants, and a market. The noise on the street did not bother us at all. Check in was easy. The amount of space was perfect. The only small negative is that the ceilings in back bathroom are low and we had to duck slightly to enter bathroom. But we are all almost 6 foot or taller! The washer and dryer were the best we have had in Europe. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A Perfect apartment in a great location

This apartment exceeded our expectations in many aspects. Starting with Theodore's greeting at the property,to the efficient checkout procedures, everything was in order. The apartment is comfortable, modern, and well appointed. Absolutely perfect for three or four adults. We availed ourselves of the management's car service, to and from the airport, outstanding attention from Kareen, was a welcome site upon arrival. The best gem in Saint-Germain-des-Prés

My two girlfriends and I absolutely LOVED staying here for our girl's trip to Paris! More than plenty of room for the three of us and we never felt crammed or on top of each other. The decor was so stylish and our favorite part was the front windows that opened up to overlook the street on a busy night. The area gets pretty busy at night, but we never had any issues with noise while trying to sleep. Super close to the metro station and very easy pickups for Ubers. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming to Paris - and would also love to stay here again myself!

Perfect Location!

We stayed with our adult son and his wife in this apartment. The location was fabulous! Close to so much and if one enjoys an active bar scene steps away, this has it. However, the noise did not penetrate this historic home. The beds were comfy and the noise separation between bedrooms/bathrooms was excellent. The apartment was stylishly decorated. I would say the living room furniture was not very comfy after a day of walking, but we would rent this place again for the location and cleanliness.

The good: close to the action in the 6th, modern and clean, clothes washer and separate dryer (rare in France ), ok beds. The bad: very noisy especially in the evening, VERY low and uncomfortable living room furniture, huge useless coffee table, VERY VERY small apartment overall.

A very good Left Bank apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location of the apartment is terrific. St. Germaine des Pres is only steps away, and there is easy access to at least 2 metro stations. Both the St. Germaine de Pres covered market and St. Sulpice church are close by, and the Jardin de Luxembourg is also within easy walking distance. The apartment is perfect for 4 adults sharing with 2 very comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The common area is pleasant and light filled. The otherwise quiet street does get busy on weekend nights (the busiest bar on the street is only open Thursday to Sunday) - but the glazing on the windows dampens the sound, which we really only noticed at all on Friday and Saturday nights.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of everything

This apartment turned out even better than we had hoped. The location was fantastic and close to shops, the metro station and so many great restaurants. We also walked to many of the main attractions like the Pont Neuf, Louvre, Notre Dame And Musée d’Orsay. In the day the streets were so quiet and at night they burst into life but Thanks to very good quality double glazed windows we could never hear any noise at night in the bedrooms. The apartment was beautifully decorated with character and well equipped with every thing you could need. Having two bathrooms with teenagers was great! We really appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot during our visit. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting as it’s one of our favorite parts of Paris.

The two bedroom, two bath apartment is newly refurbished, spotless, well located and exactly the home you want to have in Paris when visiting this beautiful city. It is located on a small, quiet street with great nightlife yet the double-paned windows keep out all of the noise from the street. It is minutes away from great bars, restaurants, shopping and the Boulevard St. Germaine. The kitchen has everything you need for staying in and preparing a meal if you prefer to do so. The bedrooms both have new mattresses that are firm enough to insure a great night's rest and the bathrooms are roomy with excellent water pressure. The property has a lot of amenities that will make your stay more comfortable...air conditioning (a must in the Paris heat!), new washer and dryer, a safe, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, two TV's (with some English-speaking channels) and only a single flight of stairs for access to the apartment. I would happily stay here again!

Perfect position, gorgeous apartment

We arrived on a very busy festival night in Paris and the small street the apartment is in was heaving with people in and out of the pubs and restaurants so we were concerned. Entering the beautiful apartment our minds were put at rest. The noise was no problem thanks to the double glazing and we could open the windows if we wanted some atmosphere. Plenty of comfort and room in this high end apartment, close to everything necessary. A couple of minutes walk to St Germaine market for food but so many restaurants/cafes close by. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Musée Dorsey etc , lots to do in St Germaine and the Latin Quarter. Glamaparis made everything easy, great communication before and during, met us and also arranged airport transport- cont say enough about their service. Thanks for a great 30th anniversary trip!

Great Week with the Girls in Paris

Great location!! Lots of great restaurants in the area, great shopping. The apartment is adorable... very Parisian. A couple of little things that could be improved.. we only were given 1 bath and 1 hand towel each for the week. They do have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is not vented and took way way way too long to dry anything. Aside from salt and pepper, and a small packet of coffee, there is nothing provided for amentities - but the EPIC market is just a couple blocks away. Nights are loud. It was cooler when we went so no need to open the windows, but the night life is active. Could bother some, but I thought of it as an exciting addition to see the nightlife. It was the beginning of college and fashion week, so that might have contributed to the noise, but I suspect it's like that always. Would stay there again if I get to go back to Paris.

Excellent and Convenient Accommodation

This was our first trip to Paris and we could not have been happier with the accommodation. Mylene, Damien, and Nicholas were in touch from the start, and made the booking through check-out process very smooth. The accommodation was wonderfully convenient for us in St. Germain, within short walks to the subway, 15 minutes or so to the Louvre, Notre Dame cathedral, and other museums, and a multitide of wonderful sidewalk cafes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (and gelato!). Given the Paris heat while we were there, we greatly appreciated the air conditioning, and the comfortable beds and pillows that helped us recharge for the next day. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and provosioned with clean towels and tolietries. Knowing the accommodation had a washer/dryer, it helped us pack much lighter than we might have otherwise. We really found a wonderful place to call "home" for the six nights we stayed and would have to look hard to find a better accommodatiln for our needs. Thanks, Mylene, Damien, and Nicholas!

Amazing!!!

Amazing location, walkable to all tourist destinations. Great neighborhood, safe, so many food options. Grocery store is a two minute walk. The apartment itself is very well appointed, spacious, every amenity you ever want is included. Definitely would stay again on my next Paris trip.

Simple remarkable Unit

This is now our go-to place to stay in Paris. We are frequent visitors of the beautiful city and have stayed in many of the different areas. This, being the famous 6th, was everything we hoped. And the unit was perfectly located to enjoy all there was to offer. A very spacious and well appointed and decorated unit will satisfy the most discerning travelers. You will not be disappointed.
