Located on the 1st floor of a 16th century building, this apartment has been completely renovated between 2019 and 2022.
The entrance hall leads first to a separate toilet area, then to the living room. This area is typical parisian with high ceiling, beams, parquet floor. Furnishes and decoration were selected for comfort as for the sofa for 3 people, the armchair, the marble cofee table and the desk area.
After one step, you will discover the area with kitchen and the dining area for 4 people maximum.
This whole room is atypical with its high ceiling of more than 3 meters, the huge glass roof and the 2 windows giving to the street.
From this area, 2 doors for the 2 double bedrooms all facing the courtyard.
They have their own bathroom, one with its toilet, the other without toilet, the one of the entrance serving as a second toilet.
The first bedroom is next to the living room and opens onto it through a glass wall. A blackout blind provides total darkness.
The second bedroom opens onto a small patio. The bathroom can be reached by descending a few steps.
The 2 showers have a roof opening, which means that you can take a shower while seeing the sky of Paris, incredible but true.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.
We offer:

a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;
Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.
A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.
Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.
