The flat is located in a “golden triangle”, at equal distance from Saint-Germain des Prés’ Church, Saint-Supice’ Church and the Bon Marché. With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
Luxury Residence: The apartment, whose surface is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing-machine and dryer) and separate water-closet. It is located on the 3rd floor (US speaking) with elevator, light and absolutely quiet (patio and garden). It is a high standing apartment (typical woodfloor, molding, fireworks) with concierge . Beautiful property. Great location. Easy check in. Shower was wonderful!! 2 adults stayed which was perfect. However I would not stay with kids, loud talkers or people who walk heavily. We whispered in the apt as we were trying to be respectful of the neighbors

This flat is located in a great neighborhood in the 6th arrondissement near restaurants (2 located across the street) and a Paris metro stop. Many sites are within walking distance. We appreciated having a kitchen and high-end laundry facilities and comfortable beds. Appreciated also the welcome gift from the host.

Perfect home base for a Paris getaway

The apartment is quite sizeable and comfortable with two generous bedrooms, a separate bathroom with a shower and bathroom with a toilet. Expansive storage, a nicely stocked kitchen, and comfortable dining and sitting areas. A great end-to-end experience.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. Close to the Metro to get anywhere and Monoprix / Le Grande Epiceride nearby. Comfortable beds and pillows (I’m 6’5”) and a much larger space than expected. Quiet too despite being right in the City bustle. Floors were quite creaky. The older neighbors below us complained that we were walking around too much. We were trying to be as respectful as possible, but like…maybe don’t live on the first floor of an old building in the city? Anyway, loved our time in Paris!

Beautiful Apartment in a great neighborhood!

The large apartment was just as described. My wife, two teenage daughters and I were very comfortable. The chilled bottle of champagne on arrival was a very nice welcome. We walked to shops and cafes nearby. We loved having a grocery store across the street.

Beautiful Stay in Saint Germain

We just returned from a lovely week in Paris! Communication was great leading up to our stay. We were greeted upon a arrival and given a quick orientation of the apartment. Everything was exactly as pictured, perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we possibly needed. The location was great, withing walking distance of tons of shopping and restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend to friends and family and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Frederic!

Perfect stay in st Germain

Well located near transportation, clean and well equipped. Our host was exceptional and the location was perfect for 4 of us sharing Paris with friends. Easy walk to Luxembourg Gardens, shopping, the river front, museums. Possible to walk to Eiffel tower but we took a taxi since it was raining.

Disappointed

I have awarded this property 2 stars based on the great position and the great attitude of the cleaning crew.! I need to commend the owner on his photographer who did an excellent job making the apartment look good. The apartment itself is just OK, not great, certainly not luxury. It needs significant refreshing and painting, with the carpets cleaned. As you enter the apartment you should be careful of tripping over the hall runner which is loosely rolled back to allow the front door to partially open. The floors which looked good in the pics were not in great condition, in some spots the boards seemed to have collapsed, at night, be prepared to deal with the significant noise from the creaking floorboards both in the apartment and from the upstairs neighbors. Despite the apartment being offered with air-conditioning we arrived to find that it was not available and told to use the supplied 2 fans instead which were obviously not adequate. So, in addition to dealing with the heat, sleeping with the windows open, we were often kept awake listening to sounds from the neighbors echoing in the courtyard late at night. The shower, which did not drain easily, was temperamental, with 2 of us showering the 2nd person (standing in water which had not drained completely from the first shower) never knew when the hot water would suddenly stop running, leaving them to rinse with cold water. You need to be careful in the second bedroom in the dark as there is not much space between the foot of the bed and the wall. The bed frame has sharp hidden corners and there is a shelf at face height both of which are easily bumped into The landlord dealt with problems in an interesting manner, when the internet was down as a result of a bad electrical plug I landed up figuring it out, finding extension cords and changing wires to make things work. When I asked for compensation for the lack of air conditioning his response, aside from suggesting we use the fans was to ignore my request. Despite the problems and the disappointing apartment we stayed on as we decided that we did not want spoil our vacation by spending our time and energy battling with the landlord, we will just find another apartment next time.

On the whole this is an excellent property. The property is accurately described and the photos are fair. As others have noted the floors squeak, so keep that in mind if you are noise-sensitive. The property is extremely well located near shopping, grocery, restaurants and major tourist attractions. It is delightfully free of traffic noise even though in a bustling area. Communications with the owner Frederic and Eddy, the fellow who let us in, were excellent. Building security is good.While the property is great overall, some things could be better. The heating has no thermostat, you just have to manually adjust knobs on the radiators that are in each room. It looks like the unit may have had forced air or air conditioning at one point (there are wall vents) but these don't work now. Most of the lights in the kitchen ceiling did not work due to some electrical problem that could not be fixed during our stay. Eddy found some table lamps so we could use the kitchen at night. The beds are in good shape, but on the firm side. The apartment is minimally supplied: not enough toilet paper, no paper towels or garbage bags, no wastebaskets except in bath, so plan to run to the store upon arrival. On the whole it's great with some relatively minor considerations to keep in mind.

Property was as pictured.Very nice kitchen and sitting areas. Host was very communicative and always easy to reach. We were a little concerned about one bathroom for two couples but it wasn’t an issue at all. It’s a good sized bathroom and there is a completely separate water closet. Great location near Saint Suplice metro.

Fabulous flat, extremely centrally located, on a busy street but the apartment is set back so you hear absolutely no street noise. Apartment had everything we could have wanted for a fantastic week in Paris.
