Apartment based in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, between the boulevard Saint-Germain and the Seine. Located on the first floor, the apartment is accessible via an inner courtyard and has a private garden.

Located near the banks of the Seine, this 100m2 apartment was redesigned by an interior designer in 2013. Accessed via a small, quiet courtyard, it is on the first floor and has a private garden.

The open-plan living area opens directly onto a large patio furnished with tables and chairs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and the living room offers large, comfortable seating for the whole family.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed that opens onto the bathroom with shower and bathtub. Please note that this bathroom does not have a toilet. The toilet for this room is in the hallway.

The second suite has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Both bedroom have AC with extractor from the windows.

The apartment is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi and television.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

We offer:

Excellent location, across the river from louvre, walking distance to all museums and restaurants, didn’t use public transportation at all. Clean apart, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer were very helpful.

Perfect home base in Paris

The apt. Was perfect for two couples to easily enjoy the whole city. Very spacious and well appointed. I wanted to ship our bed home it was SO comfortable. Nice linens and dishware. You couldn’t ask for more. Ground floor perfect for us over 60’s. Location cannot be beat. We loved it.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable and safe, with terrific location!

The apartment was nicely appointed and quite spacious. It was very quiet and felt secure - and the location was fabulous! We could walk to so much! And did I say the location was fabulous? Being on the ground floor was a plus (no carrying bags up lots of stairs), and the attached courtyard was pleasant to look at and hang out in. The two bedrooms were at different ends of the apartment, which was great for sound separation and privacy. We especially want to give a big shout out to Nicolas at Glamaparis, who came to our rescue when some misplaced luggage from our flight got unexpectedly dropped off when we were out on a food tour in Montmartre - THANK YOU!!!! We were grateful for the air conditioning units in the Paris heat wave, though they could be loud when cycling on in the middle of the night. One detail to be aware of is that the bathroom next to the larger bedroom does not have a toilet - you have to use the WC off the kitchen for those middle of the night visits! All in all, was a terrific spot! We would stay here again!

Well located Paris apartment

The location of this apartment can't be beat, it's just one block from the Seine and within walking distance to many iconic landmarks. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city.The apartment looked exactly like the photos, but has a bit of a basement vibe due to being off of a service corridor and the outside view is limited to an enclosed brick courtyard. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the WiFi was reliable. The air conditioning consists of two portable units that need to be vented to the outside, which meant keeping the patio doors open while they were running. The showers drained quite slowly, which was a bit inconvenient. While the unit has a washer and dryer, usage is restricted to certain hours.Communication with the rental company was excellent, friendly, prompt, and very professional. We appreciated the snacks and other goodies that were provided to us. We would consider staying again for the excellent location.

Great Location

we were with friends that were celebrating their 50th anniversary. We were met at the door in pouring rain by Daniella who showed us the ropes. Left contact information if there were problems. The condo was perfect for two couples and met all of our expectations and was a perfect location for all of our site seeing either walking or by bus and close to the RER to easily get to and from CDG airport. Would definitely rent again if opportunity arose. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent Property & Location

Perfect apartment for our week long stay in Paris. The location was literally one half block from the Seine, with the Louvre right across. Easy walk (5-10 minutes) to various Metro or Train stations to go anywhere around the city. And many friendly cafes close by. Having 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment allowed privacy and space, and the air conditioner (a pleasant surprise!) was definitely needed as that week Paris was experiencing a heat wave with temperatures close to 30 degrees Celsius (88-90F), plus high humidity. Clean rooms with plenty of space to relax. The apartment was on the ground floor but set back inside the building -- a very quiet space. It was very pleasant & relaxing to look outside at enclosed yard space -- a step away from the bustling city right outside the door. The welcoming agent was pleasant and provided a very thorough walk-through. It was a little quirky not to have a toilet in the Master Bedroom, and the bathroom was very, very tiny, but it really was not an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is very well-located and well-equipped. And the rental group GlamaParis is very helpful, indeed. The apartment’s only flaw is the bathrooms — which both work, but are inconvenient at best.I would happily rent again from GlamaParis. But not this apartment.

The apartment was ground floor, very comfortable, very spacious. The second bathroom and shower are very small. The WC to the master is in the entry hallway. The kitchen is well appointed and we made coffee, heated leftovers, and cooked to meals. There is an Deli/small grocery 1/2 block from the apartment. The taxi’s go by the apartment every minute, so it is easy to hail one.

We could not imagine a better place to stay than this apartment! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, the layout was great and the kitchen accommodated a gourmet chef who prepared a fantastic dinner as a 70th birthday surprise. The office was very helpful as well and helped us connect with both the chef and airport pick-up. All instructions regarding the apartment were very clear. We hope to come back!
