Beautiful and spacious, my studio, completely renovated in September 2012, is located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris (Le Marais / Beaubourg), close to all amenities: public transport, cafes, restaurants…

This charming non-smoking 35m² studio welcomes you on the 6th and last floor (lift to the 5th floor). You will appreciate its clarity and the magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris.

My studio includes a fully equipped American kitchen (large fridge, traditional oven, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a living room with foldaway double bed and extra bed.

You can take your meals comfortably in the kitchen or the lounge area, at the table or at the bar. The studio is equipped with ADSL internet connection.

Great location 2 minutes away from The Centre Pompidou. Restaurants, cafes and shopping everywhere around. Very near Notre Dame and other "must see" places in Paris. Nicely appointed studio. Good bed, very clean, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Stayed six days and enjoyed coming back to the studio after full days of activities.

Exceptional communication and most pleasant studio

Paul answered all my questions prior to visiting Paris. Information was accurate and helped save us 100 euro when a driver wanted to take us to the studio from CDG off meter for 145 euro! The location was perfectly located. Shops, restaurants, and metro so close. The studio was very clean. It was nice to have a washer in the apartment. Plenty of sunlight, very warm and cozy We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Wonderful Place & Location

I stayed here with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay here. The studio apartment had everything we needed, it was well heated and had lift access. This place is in a great location surrounded by public transport, restaurants, cafes & bars. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Property with an Excellent Host

This was an excellent apartment. It was vey clean and in a great location. A lot of places to eat. Very close to the Metro Station. You could look out the kitchen window and see the top of the Eiffel Tower or look to the right and see Sacre-Coeur. The beds were great & the shower was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here!! Love the apartment and the host was amazing!

Cozy apartment in the centre of the city

The apartment is well equipped and it is ideal for a couple. We have enjoyed the walks to the many museums and attractions in and around the centre of the city.

Fantastic location with Metros everywhere!

Paul was great at helping us check in. The instructions for check out were unclear and could be improved for future guests. The location was amazing - walking to shops and two Metro stations a stone throw away! Would stay here again and plan to in the future.

Charming space

We enjoyed 4 nights here and felt at home. We were welcomed on arrival and were given helpful instructions. The space is thoughtfully decorated and filled with the amenities you will need--including a washing machine and drying rack with clips. 3 Windows open to let in air, when closed the windows block out street noise and there are shades to block out light. Two fans to circulate air--one very large. It got warm while we were there and appreciated the fans. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed! Thanks for a great place to stay.

Reasonable price for good location

About 2 blocks from Les Halles RER station, the apartment location made it easy to get to & from CDG airport and other places, and many Paris attractions are within easy walking distance. It was clean, the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing, & everything worked. Nice to have a washer. There was plenty of room to put our things. The elevator (very small) worked fine and the last flight of stairs to the apartment weren't bad. Although check-in time is given as 4:00 p.m., the apartment was not ready when we arrived at 6:00 p.m., but we were able to leave our luggage & get instructions about the apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Paul, for offering an apartment at a great location for a reasonable price.

Our week in Paris In beautiful central location

Thank you so much Paul of your wonderful studio! We felt like we were locals living there daily, the neighborhood the building your studio and all the amenities it was very very comfortable and very clean and had all that we needed. If I could suggest just 2 things - perhaps if it had a even small television on the wall and extra bed pillows . Other than that everything else was excellent! Can’t wait to come back and stay at one of your properties again. Beautiful building in a great location!

We stayed here for 1 week with our 14-year-old son. The space was perfect for the three of us. We loved having a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. The elevator worked great! Paul was a very responsive host. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The location was perfect! Super close to groceries, many amazing restaurants, and the metro. The apartment building itself is super quiet. We found the beds very comfortable. However, there is a ton of street noise all night long. With the windows closed it is quiet, however, we often needed the windows open to keep it cooler and to get air into the apartment. Paris had a few high 80F to 90F days when we were there at the end of June 2024. We used earplugs and a sound machine which helped some. If it's not too hot, this apartment is perfect! Overall we would stay here again for the apartment's comfort and amenities, the location, and the very responsive host.

Great Location

My friend and I stayed in this adorable attic apartment during France’s heatwave this summer. I think we would have enjoyed everything a lot more had it not been so unbearably hot. It’s wise to consider the weather when planning a visit to Paris (almost nowhere in the city has AC). Note that this is a top floor apartment, so in the heat, it’ll be the hottest place in the building. The owners did provide a portable AC unit, which literally saved us from heat exhaustion. This little god-send made the heat just bearable, but it blew hot air out the back, so anywhere in the apartment other than directly in front of the fan felt like the deepest depths of Hell. So, we never really used the well-appointed kitchen space because the hot air blew right into that area. It was so hot in this apartment that our chocolates from Switzerland melted! The heat issue aside, this is a really nicely decorated and well-appointed apartment in a fantastic location. The Pompidou is literally around the corner. A huge shopping mall and the Châtelet-Les-Halles metro station is just minutes away. There are TONS of cafes and restaurants all around the neighborhood. A pretty good-sized market is a mere five minute walk away. Possibly the best part of this apartment is that you can see the tippy top of the Eiffel Tower out the kitchen window. In fact, all the views out the windows are just gorgeous. The building is extremely secure, with an outer door that needs a special code and then an inner door that requires a different code. You can ride five flights in the TINIEST elevator on the planet (this thing was never not funny and the reason for way too many laughing fits), but then you must climb the last flight of stairs to the 6th floor. This wasn’t a big deal at all, even with our way-too-heavy-luggage. The hosts provided more than enough towels and the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, and sugar. Perhaps my only gripe about this apartment is the bed situation. In the pictures online, you see two, equal-sized loveseats that fold out into beds. When we got to the apartment, there was one bed and the one loveseat. There was only bedding for the bed, so we had to share instead of having our own beds. This wasn’t a huge deal as we are comfortable enough to share, but be aware if you’re considering this place and you need two beds. Overall, this is a FANTASTIC place at a great price!

Paul communicated with us prior to our arrival. He met us at the studio and showed us around. The studio was the perfect size for us and was located in an area that many transportation options were available. The studio has a washer and that was very convenient. I would definitely recommend booking with Paul again. He also arranged for a G7 to transport us to CDG for our flight home. Paul is truly a wonderful host!

The apartment is very well maintained, very comfortable, location is great close to the popular landmarks, you can walk everywhere from there or use public transport easily. The only downside is that it’s very loud area, it gets loud in the evenings especially during the weekend. Also, the unit is on the top floor under the roof and because of that it gets very hot. In addition, they only have portable air conditioning which doesn’t help much, alternatively opening the windows lets the loud noise come inside. The elevator is very small for 1 person only, not good for people who are claustrophobic, stairs are narrow. Other than that overall experience was good, lots of grocery shops, bakeries and restaurants are nearby. The host is very nice too.

I would highly recommend this studio apartment for staying in Paris. Excellent location, spacious for up to 3 people, nice large walk-in shower, hair dryer, steamer, closet, lots of plugs and mirrors, and great service from the host. I honestly can't say enough about this studio apartment - it was just perfect for our girls trip to Paris. At night, if you glance out of the kitchen window - you can see the Eiffel Tower sparkling. Lots of cafes within walking distance and a little market right around the corner for quick items like bottled water. You can ride the elevator to the 5th floor, then you simply walk up a few stairs to the 6th floor. At night, it can get a little noisy if you sleep with the windows open - but when they are closed its perfectly quiet. I would stay here over and over again! It was truly perfect - you won't be disappointed - BOOK right away!!! Fantastic Studio!!!

Top location, super clean

Location was amazing. We walked everywhere, there were many metro stations close by. Westfield shopping centre was nearby to buy food to cook in the apartment and so many shops and restaurants around.
