Studio apartment in an elegant old building in a chic Boulevard St Germain neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Seine, close to many galleries, bistros and great shopping. We absolutely loved it here!

A great location in a vibrant neighborhood. Thierry was a wonderful host and everything was easy in the apartment. The stairs to the place were easy and it had everything you would need for 2 people. We are planning to return soon.

Lovely studio in the 6th

It was perfect for our stay. Our host, Thierry was always available for questions and was super nice! A fun neighborhood and close to countless sights, restaurants etc. One con- construction was going on with the building and it was noisy (painting and surface repair right outside our window) but since we were away from the studio during most of the mornings and afternoons it didn't impact us too much. I would stay here again.

Excellent Location and Thierry was delightful!

We stayed in the pink property and everything was delightful! The check in was easy. The wifi was having issues and Thierry came to fix it immediately. And he was quick to provide suggestions about restaurants and local color. But the best part about this visit to Paris was the LOCATION!! Within a block or two were a ton of incredible restaurants. The Louvre, the D'Orsay, Luxembourg Gardens, the Cluny Museum, St Chapelle cathedral, and the Notre Dame cathedral are all within a 10 minute walk. We LOVED the neighborhood and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Location, Reasonably Comfortable, Need to Tolerate Tobacco Smoke

First let me say that this property is located in a convenient location. There are bakeries, restaurants, grocery markets and tourist sites nearby and the Metro stop is a short walk away. This is our first rental in Europe, with all previous experiences throughout the US, so maybe expectations should be different. The apartment is on the third floor, but being Europe one needs to haul luggage up four flight of stairs. The room is a studio apartment, with one single space for the bed, couch, kitchen table and kitchen. There is a separate space for the toilet and shower. The shower is a tight space but not a problem. The kitchen is useful, we made dinner many nights. It it moderately stocked with cooking utensils. The washing machine and dryer combination is wonderful and easy to use. We actually stayed 2 weeks. Thierry modified our reservation through VRBO, so it may show only a one or two night stay. Overall the space is comfortable for two if you can tolerate close quarters together at all times. The closet space is large. The bed was not to my liking, too soft, but my wife found it comfortable. The biggest drawback is the building. There is no ventilation except for windows to the outdoors. Being winter when we visited, opening the window was not an option. Other tenants or renters who smoke share their pleasure (or death wish) with the rest of the dwellers. We are not smokers so maybe a bit more sensitive than others. If you can’t tolerate tobacco smoke then beware. In summary the apartment is in a great location, reasonably stocked with necessary items (although there was no toilet paper upon our arrival but fortunately my wife noticed before she needed it) and Thierry is a moderately helpful host. I’d recommend the property if you don’t mind evenings with the smell of tobacco smoke and can negotiate four stair flights coming an going.

Thiery is one of the most attentive and helpful hosts we have had, The apartment is as described and is in an excellent central location walking distance to the Seine. We stayed in October and it was cool enough to have the windows closed which was good given the two bars on our street. We recommend this apartment.

Wonderful location to attractions, restaurants and supermarket. Great communication with Thierry on WhatsApp which made for an easy self check-in. Apartment small but clean and well equiped in the kitchen and a washing machineva bonus. Only cons being on 3rd floor so wouldnt suit everyone and garbage truck noise in early morning.

I had a delightful stay in Thierry’s apartment. The location is perfect for exploring much of the major attractions in Paris. Metro stops , grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, boulangeries, etc. are all steps away. The apartment itself is compact, but the space is well utilized. The couch and bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a large wardrobe for storage. The shower is compact, but has plenty of hot water. The apartment is also well lit and very clean.Thierry was great—responds to inquiries quickly, flexible with checkin, and makes you feel very welcomed in his apartment. I am planning to return.

Fantastic Location

We stayed 6 nights! The location is unbeatable, close to all major attractions. We walked everywhere. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and markets very close by. The host was very attentive making sure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend this apartment rental. You will see in previous reviews mention of stairs. We are 74 years old and had no problems with the stairs. It is a very quiet building and our stay was awesome.

Great location

The location of the apartment is central to everything a first time visitor to Paris can hope for. Cafes, grocery, shops, museums, art, historic sites all within a short walk. Bikes outside the front door. Excellent stay.

Little nest in a great locatiion!

We spent 9 nights in this lovely little apartment. It is small but has everything a couple might need. Large, very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Compact and functional kitchenette. Great storage. Neighbourhood has everything you need, including great restaurants and is walking distance from museums and the Seine. The host was very helpful and responsive. This is a find. We hope to go back!
