The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. We really just used the apt to sleep and shower and it was great for that.

We really loved this apartment! It’s on the 6th floor, with great views from the balcony. You really feel you are in Paris!! It’s within easy walking distance of so many sights, shopping and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed—well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of storage. We just loved coming “home” to it every evening. The owner, Frederic, was very responsive and super helpful. I would love to stay here again. Merci!

Perfect Location

Honestly, you cannot find a better spot for touring - you are about 100 meters from a major Metro hub and blocks away from many interesting spots. The balcony looks over Saint-Eustache -a fascinating church. We enjoyed being near Le Marais for the restaurants and ate breakfast at the Florida, which is basically downstairs.

Excellent location, easy to check in, and it was fun to feel like we were living in Paris instead of staying in a hotel. The apartment was nice but quite small. I can’t imagine how 5 people would fit. There was nowhere to unpack our clothes. The sheets/towels were old and left a bit to be desired. Overall though we enjoyed ourselves very much. A next-door cathedral bells start ringing at 8 am. It was charming but a bit shocking the first morning!

Bonjour Julie, merci de votre avis et je vais préciser certains points. Je donne la surface exacte de l’appartement dans le descriptif, vous la connaissiez donc avant de réserver. Voici un extrait de ma présentation: « La surface réservée est de 40 m2 » J’explique bien qu’il n’est possible de loger une cinquième personne que dans des conditions basiques. 95 % de mes réservation sont pour deux à quatre personnes maximum, et quand il y a une cinquième personne, j’avertis à l’avance que ce sera serré. Voilà un autre extrait de mon annonce : « Je peux fournir à votre demande un matelas supplémentaire qui sera disposé parterre pour une 5e personne. C'est un couchage basique (matelas peu épais) si vous êtes facile : pour un enfant, etc. ». Il y a une petite penderie à l’entrée avec de nombreux cintres et plusieurs placards fixés au mur dans la chambre. Tous les voyageurs y rangent leurs vêtements habituellement. Vous ne les avez pas vus ? Enfin, vous voyez sur les photos que l’appartement est juste en face d’une église, et effectivement en France, toutes les églises commencent à sonner à 8h. Mais heureusement, avant vous, cela n’a jamais dérangé personne. Pour les serviettes, je comprends votre observation et je vais veiller à ce que les anciennes ne soient plus réutilisées. Elles seront toutes neuves. Désolé si l’appartement n’a pas répondu à toutes vos attentes. C’est heureusement rarement le cas, je fais le maximum pour que les voyageurs passent un bon séjour.

Great Place!!

Such a great place to stay for a week with our daughter for her Senior graduation trip! Perfect location with tons of restaurants in the area and a cute market they set up twice a week outside as well. It was so easy to walk to any and all we wanted to see. Fredrick was so nice and made check in super easy! The size of the apartment is quaint but perfect for the 3 of us! Very, very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is so central to everything, close to the Metro and within walking distance of so many sites! It was a hot week to be in Paris so the A/C and elevator were much appreciated! The market on our street and all of the eateries close by made it possible to not need to go far for anything we needed! Fredric was a wonderful host and we hope to stay here again soon. The flat has a beautiful view from balcony. Its location was very convenient .. we were able to walk to most tours we had scheduled.
