We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the needed appliances and tools. The coffee maker made great coffee. The heated towel rack was a bonus and made up for the smaller bathroom. The little porch was a bust but it did bring in some needed light for the kitchen. Fantastic central location, but with that came traffic noice so bring good earplugs to use when sleeping in the double bed bedroom. It was a very secure building. I would return if I ever get back to this fun and beautiful city! Thank you!

This apartment was as advertised. It was a very convenient location. A 3 minute walk took us to a pastry shop where we went each morning. You could see the metra station from the front door, which we used daily. We walked to many sights such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Seine boat ride. I felt very safe, even arriving back late at night.there were 4 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. Do not hesitate to book this apartment.

David and Isabel are very responsive. The house has a good sized living room which is great for spreading out. Paris is a noisy city so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear buds. It was nice to have access to a washer dryer combo between 9 am to 6 pm. Monoprix is round the corner and you have access to excellent restaurants.

You get what you expect in this Hausmann-like apartment of this price range, with the pleasant surprises that the property is very quiet and the stairs and small lift are easily used. You are few steps away from a Monoprix and only a stroll into the Marais and the vibrant Rue Montorgueil. The hosts made it possible for us (3 seniors) to check in and check out with ease. There is abundant natural light facing the quiet street, but better lighting after dark would make this apartment more comfortable. As would a third set of keys (fobs) if more than two are booked.

Convenient location right across from the grocery store. Two comfortable bedrooms and nice sized living room. Very secure building for two women travelling. Early check in was appreciated after a long flight. Minor repair in the bathroom was fixed quickly. Overall very nice stay.

Excellent pied-a-terre in the Marais

We enjoyed our stay at this spot in the Marais - great to have the space for our family of four and much bigger and better than a hotel room. Easy check in/check out; convenient to a large grocery store, many bakeries, metro stops, etc. Very happy we chose this flat!

The apartment was very close to the Metro, and a short walk to Marche Montogorgueil, a haven of shops, cafes - everything you would look for to enjoy a snack or entire feast while you people watch! Going there as an experience for us with our granddaughter was an experience of a lifetime. Staying here was our anchor!

Amazing perfect stay!

We booked this place for my daughter’s 10th bday! Great neighborhood. Monoprix across the street. Tons of cafes around. And walked to most of the attractions with in 20-30 min. Ubers/FREENOW rides 15 minutes. Property was clean and cute and exactly what we needed.
