Clean and comfortable. Great location that's close to many shops and restaurants. Plus close to a subway station. Manager has shop next door so it's easy to access thim. Definitely would stay there again.

We loved our stay. Timi was an excellent host. The apartment is in a great location near the metro and a taxi stand down the block. We had everything we needed in the apartment. If you like shopping vintage there are many shops in the area. Hope to come back again!

This was a great apartment with big rooms, air conditioning, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not have been better. The metro is close by and so are wonderful cafes and a market for food shopping should you need it. Its location was also close to so many sites accessible through walking. The owner, Timi, is very attentive and responds quickly to all emails. He leaves every guest a warm, inviting, and clean home. I highly recommend this apartment! (and staying in Le Marais)

Well located, large apartment

Great location to make as home base, very close to metro and multiple shops and restaurants. Only downside is periodic smell of cigarette smoke in the building, but that is ubiquitous in Paris.

Beautiful place

I loved our stay at this place. It’s a spacious and clean. There’s even coffee provided. He also gave us some water. I love that there were slippers for everyone to wear so we could take our shoes off at the door. This a great space to stay for several days because it is spacious, and there’s a tub! The only thing was that the ACs were not really cooling so it was hot at night. It was hard to sleep. Also the from smoke from the adjancent apts can be smelled in this unit. If you’re sensitive to that, be aware.

Wonderful location! Great stay!

This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! The property was just as described ... well-equipped, comfortable beds and a wonderful location! This apartment is surrounded by numerous restaurants, several groceries and some very tempting bakeries. And it is within easy walking distance of many popular destinations. We look forward to returning!

Great location, great apartment

You couldn’t ask for a better location, on Rue de Rivoli, surrounded by great restaurants, grocery stores, a subway station, walking distance to Notre Dame. And the apartment is lovely, very comfortable beds with lots of windows and a well stocked kitchen. Timi was great to work with, he was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again

Great location, comfortable and practical

Traveling with family, we could only stay one night however we would have loved to stay longer. We found beds, linens, and temperature (there are fans in both bedrooms) comfortable for a good nights sleep. Appreciated that we found coffee and tea in the kitchen for breakfast and Timi is very customer-oriented which is not always the case in France!

Fantastic apartment in amazing location

The apartment is perfect for an extended stay in Paris. It is close to everything you want you see in Paris and the shops and restaurants in the area were really great. The host gives two restaurant recommendations and we are 4 times at those two restaurants in 9 days. We would have gone more except we were out touring.
