This apartment was perfect for my husband and I and 2 teens. Having 2 baths and 2 bedrooms was very convenient! The showers actually keep the water inside, if you are familiar with European shower challenges! The location is phenomenal! I enjoyed hearing the bells chime daily from Notre Dame! You can quickly beat the lines in the morning. It’s not the newest and most up to date, but hopefully you are out sightseeing all day! It had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is located in the shadow of Notre Dame. I think for a family it might be a little tight but for our party of 3 adults it was perfect. We loved the location, the neighborhood and the convenience of having a retreat close to the things we wanted to see. WiFi worked well. Dave (the host) was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us and a great location for walking to many places and the metro. We utilized it for having breakfast in the apt before starting our daily site seeing by stocking up at the local grocery store. We checked out many different restaurants around the area and it was nice to bring back any leftovers for eating later. This trip of a lifetime was everything we hoped it would be. Thank you for the great accommodations.

Perfect location with access to restaurants, metro, shops etc. Dated but comfortable rooms. Couldn’t figure out drying clothes but made use of wash function. Minimal kitchen - but coffee, breakfast etc. feasible. Particularly liked the 2 bathrooms available for two couples. And can’t say enough about the great location!

Near Nortre Dame Cathedral

This apartment is in the heart of Paris. The location can’t be beat. It is an off beat apartment in some ways but having two bedrooms and two baths worked so well for us. We enjoyed the neighborhood, especially the various cafes. We recommend this apartment primarily for its location.

Incredible location in a great neighborhood! The apartment worked well for our family of 4 with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ac unit and fans kept the apartment comfortable during the August heatwave. Unfortunately, the water heater doesn’t work properly and had to be reset every 2 minutes when showering.

We loved almost everything about this cozy apartment steps from Notre Dame. The only complaint was the water heater wasn’t working properly requiring a restart after about 3 minutes in the shower. Dave was very responsive and made some helpful suggestions

Check-in was timely and helpful. Kitchen adequate. Flooring in kitchen in need of repair and some furniture in disrepair and beyond retirement. A good cleaning would definitely brighten the experience and ambiance. Even so, location and historical setting couldn’t be better!

We never met David, but Alvin met us, I believe he was the cleaner. First, best location possible. Give that 10. The apartment left us a little wanting, to say it needs an update is an understatement. Almost everything in the apartment needed to be freshened. Though it had all amenities the gouges in the wood floor, the frayed rugs could prove to be dangerous. Mention should be made of the hazards in the bathrooms, getting in and out of tubs and showers were no easy feat for older visitors. That having been said we enjoyed our visit, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.

The boiler would go out every 2 minutes resulting in a cold shower until the boiler was reset manually. The shower drain was also clogged and there were a lot of broken tiles. The location was excellent though.

Location and charm

This is such a great place to stay if you want to be central in Paris and to feel old world charm. Plenty of food options right around the corner. Easy to get everywhere via metro, walking or Uber. Hearing the bells of Notre Dame right from the apartment is just so special. Perfect size for a family of 4. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Old world, authentic atmosphere and charm. Would happily stay again.
