This large apartment on the second floor of a Haussmann building is located in the Halles district, less than 5 minutes from the Seine. With its three double rooms, it can accommodate up to six guests.

The apartment is bright for a 1st floor since it offers a clear view (South for the whole apartment / South-East for the master bedroom). Benefiting from all the comfort of a modern apartment, it has kept the charm of the old, typically Parisian, with its parquet floor and its apparent stones.

It is composed of a living/dining room, an open fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two shower rooms, two toilets (one separate) and a laundry room.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a television (with international channels). The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection. The dining area can accommodate up to six people.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps, and an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment; one has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds.

The kitchen (with a window overlooking the courtyard) is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster. It includes a bar area with three dedicated chairs.

Secure building: First door with a badge and second door with the same badge. Armored door.

The apartment is located in the center of Paris and therefore close to the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14 as well as the RER lines A, B, D). It is therefore easy to move around in Paris but also outside of Paris.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Great Location!

The location was great. We could easily walk or take the RER or metro to all the monuments and landmarks. There is a station nearly right outside the door. Grocery and shopping nearby. Not to mention your selection of restaurants and patisserie’s. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Full service kitchen, comfy beds ample room.

Honestly, we were thrilled with our stay in this apartment. The pictures accurately reflect the bright, modern decor and open layout. And contrary to some of the other reviews, we did NOT struggle with any noise issues (this despite it being summer and having both our mothers and daughters with us; I.e., it didn’t bother any generation). We were totally grateful for the close proximity to many lovely restaurants and stores. A total win for our overall Paris experience.

Location is excellent and so convenient to a main Metro station. Because of that, there does tend to be a lot of street noise. But you are in a big city! The apartment is lovely, quite enough room for the five of us. We could have used more towels, though. Wonderful stay overall!

Excellent location!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment!! Due to some plannning changes there were only three of us—my husband and I and our 19 year old daughter, so there was plenty of space.The location could not have been more perfect —it was so central to everything!! We were able to walk most places and if we needed the metro it was 1/2 block away.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen easy to use. There was even a table cloth available for us to use! The living room had comfortable sofas and was a nice place to relax.It was quite warm for us Americans with no AC—we had some trouble with keeping the windows open at night due to the street noise but there were plenty of fans so this was manageable.There is no toilet connected to the master room—just a shower room with a sink. Odd for us Americans—the toilet is off the kitchen, but this was totally manageable as well once we got used to it. The laundry room was great to have—with detergent as we needed. A grocery store was right down the street for all of our needs. The apartment is one floor up and the building has an ELEVATOR—unusual for many places in Europe. The communication with the property management was easy and rapidly responsive. We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a wonderful experience!! Would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location and Family Friendly

This apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't say enough about it. The location was amazing- easy walking access to both the Louvre and Notre Dame, a metro//RER station just steps away (with very quick and easy access to Disney Paris) and situated in a neighborhood with great dining and even a local jazz club. It was very comfortable and spacious, plus the washer, dryer, and dishwasher made it particularly family friendly. Hats off to the property management team Glamaparis for their quick communication and support. I have been to Paris a number of times and this apartment proved to be so much better and more fun for my family than any hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Paris Rental

Home was well maintained and had the perfect amount of space for us. The location was very easy in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants as well as tourist destinations. The metro stop was only steps away as well. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. The only downside that we experienced was a large construction site next door that we wished we had been told about before. There was work early in the morning that shook the building. I would imagine that when that work to renovate this metro stop is complete, that would make this the perfect rental.

We had a lovely 3 weeks stay in this ideally located apartment. With up to 5 staying at a time we found it spacious and found the desk a convenience for setting up necessary "office" space to work. The arrival and greeting when super smoothly, we had flexibility in scheduling cleaning to meet our schedules and the instructions for using appliances was clearly depicted in the booklet. The only limiting thing was that there were only 6 glasses, 6 coffee cups/mugs and there really should be more when you say 6 people can use the place. Too much washing when you can't get everyone to hang onto their cups/glasses. I'd suggest more dishtowels to aid in this. We used espresso cups for glasses in the bathrooms. I recommend this place highly and if returning to Paris would like to it rent again. The pictures do not show what a vibrant, active area in which it is located, yet the closed window doors manage to keep out the sound if desired. While some commented on having to replenish toilet paper, we gladly bought our own at the nearby store since the quality of what was offered was not on par with the rest of the place. Just gentle suggestions for longer termed rentals. But still worthy of 5 stars in my book!

AMAZING 5 stars!!!!!!

This place is wonderful! Checkin super smooth-greet you, show how everything works, handbook, bottle of champagne! Location is great, right at Chatelet-les-Halles metro stop. Tons of restaurants. Easy to walk to everything. Minutes to Siene, Notre Dame, Louvre. Best part the glorious french doors all over flat that open and they are sound proof so when closed you hear NOTHING outside! Library wall with books to read for pleasure or touring. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Wonderful place for couples to share.Very secure building. Felt comfortable walking at night. Wish we could have stayed longer - made our stay in Paris extra wonderful. Would give 10 stars if we could. We will be back!

Nice size apartment, conviently located,well furnished, but to much street noise made sleeping hard.

Apartment is located in a very busy area. Vehicle traffic is minimal but pedestrian traffic is heavy. Located next to the entrance to a metro/RER station and Forum Des Halles, a large indoor shopping center, plus several cafe’s outside your windows, sleeping at night was difficult. The apartment itself is very nice. Large nicely furnished and convenient to many major landmarks. It was necessary for us to keep the windows closed in 90 degree heat to keep the excessive noise outside. Weekends were worst but outside pedestrian traffic continued through week. The company we rented through were great and would use again but would not return to this particular apartment. Maybe noise is less in winter but definitely not a summer rental.

Well-located Apartment in Paris

Our family of 4 (with two teenage boys) stayed in this apartment in July. We had a wonderful time here and the apartment was just as expected. There isn't any air conditioning, but with the large windows we were able to open them up to cool the apartment off. There were fans provided in each of the three bedrooms which helped to keep things cooler at night too. The weather was low/mid 80's when we visited. The master bathroom is quite small, but functional, with a shower and sink. There is separate toilet room off of the living room. The other bathroom was larger and had shower, sink and toilet. Bedrooms were comfortable (two with queen size beds and one with two twins). Living room is a little smaller than the pictures seem but worked just fine for us. Just outside the apartment there is a metro/train station that was very convenient for us to travel all over the city. From this location we walked almost everywhere, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores just minutes away. The agency was a pleasure to work with - even when our plane was delayed and we arrived during the semifinal World Cup game. Highly recommend this apartment!

Washer dryer information not clearand guests should be alerted to 5 hour drying time even when emptying the reservoir. Headboard in bedroom wasn’t attached and banged with any movement. Shower area very slippery could be a fall area. The location was great and our host was very nice and helpful at check in. 2 sets of towels per person would have been nice since trying to wash and dry them was not convenient.

Beautiful apartment in les Halles. Walkable to many sites. We loved the windows, space for family breakfast and overall size. We were thankful for the elevator! The building was lovely and quiet. It is a very busy location, so there is noise overnight with windows open, but it is to be expected in that location.Apartment was well equipped to begin our stay. We would have liked some shower shelves for shampoo and soap, or waste baskets in all bathrooms, but this was a very minor inconvenience. We had a great week!

Apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed but no air conditioning. As a result, windows need to be open at night in a very loud neighborhood; difficult for a good nights sleep. Decent restaurants and grocery store nearby and easy access to the Metro. Master bedroom has a sink and shower only, no toilet; must use the powder room. Main bath is fine. If not for the heat and noise, a great place to stay but recommend cooler time of the year…

Paris travels

The apartment was in a great location. We had everything we needed for two couples plus an extra bedroom. The master has a bathroom with a sink and shower but the toilet is in the hall . That was the only funky arrangement but it work just fine for us. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
