- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200cm)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x200cm)
- Bedroom 3: two double beds (140x200cm + 140x200 cm)

➡ 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets, ensuring privacy and comfort for all members of your group.

➡ 1 spacious living room : relax in the living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV offering more than 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped kitchen : Cooking plates, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. It will allow you to prepare delicious meals.

➡ 1 dining area for 10 people, perfect for gatherings after a day of discovery.

✦ Modern Amenities : Washing machine, dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, hairdryer. Sheets and towels are provided for your comfort (1 per person).

Other Important Notes :

➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied if this rule is not respected. In case of neighborhood or police complaints, guests will be asked to leave immediately, without refund possibility. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent any fraud.

➡ The sofa bed is prepared only on request or automatically for groups larger than 8.

Arrival Day and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM. Supplements for late arrivals:
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM : €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM : €50 supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included, we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, making sure to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
