Welcome to this 115 m2 spacious and bright flat, next to the emblematic center of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.



This apartment is located on a quiet street a few seconds walk from all the hottest bars and restaurants in the area and only a few minutes walk from Bastille and in the heart of the famous Marais. Renovated, it consists of 3 independent bedrooms a real gym, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets, and a PRIVATE interior courtyard! In addition you will enjoy a beautiful living room design, modern, a marble table, a fully equipped kitchen.

Certainly the best area of Paris for tourists and even for locals, the population of the area is very young and boo, there are also a lot of tourists which brings a festive and relaxed atmosphere.

FROM Roissy CDG Airport:

about 45 minutes by taxi (fixed rate if official taxi: €50 or €55).

Orly airport: about 45 minutes by taxi (flat rate if official taxi: €35).



BY TRAIN

From Gare de Lyon, it takes 15 minutes by taxi and metro (Line 1 direct)

From Gare du Nord (Eurostar and Thalys) it takes 20 minutes by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***



- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.



- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.



- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.



*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***



Check-in time is at 17:00

Check-out time is at 11:00 (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. No smoking on interior areas.

6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it to the garbage room inside the courtyard. There is direct access to the courtyard from the apartment.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
