Excellent stay, Great communication
We were happy with our stay the Bourbons apartment. Three adult friends, each had our own spacious bedroom and shower. Beds were comfortable and closets were large. The kitchen was well equipped overall, and we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine - and multiple other coffee makers if you'd prefer another type. The kitchen has been updated. The baths have also been renovated and are very nice. The furnishings overall are a bit used, but still comfortable. Communication with the property manager was five-star, our check in process was terrific (shout out to Romain who checked us in - a medical student! with excellent English and cheerful disposition). After check out our deposit was immediately refunded.
Property location is in close proximity to Louvre, Notre Dame, many fine restaurants and all of the great offerings of Les Halles and the 1st. Only (slight) negative that I'll mention is that the street sometimes had some (homeless?) people near the entry to our property and also at the intersection a half block away, I think there is a social services building on the same street as the property's entry. We never had a problem with any individual but I thought it was worth mentioning as we definitely took some extra care when coming and going.
The building's exterior and courtyard are very charming. Lighting could have been better, but adequate when arriving at night. All in all, we enjoyed the spacious apartment, and would stay again.
