I wait for you in this wonderful place, very clear with a beautiful open view with at the end of the rue la Seine. This beautiful quiet street which bears the name of the one, as the legend says, who invented, the school is located in the heart of the Marais and more precisely close to the Saint Paul district. The nearest metro is Saint Paul line 1.
In a beautiful condominium, this apartment has been renovated with particular care combining modernity and objects borrowed from history.
The bedding in the bedroom as well as the Murphy bed in the living room are very comfortable and of high quality.
Everything will be there to make your stay unforgettable. It is important to me to receive you at home as guests whom I want to pamper.

The place was very clean and was a great location for shops, restaurants and metro. Paul was a great host and was very helpful and prompt in answering all my questions. The place is small but perfect for 2 people. I would have liked some instructions for the coffee makers but many shops close by. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Paris.

Laundry was fine.Lots of cups glasses and plates.We could of used a short foot stool as we both are short wome n and things were high to reach.However we did manage but a stool would of been great

Great Location

Well located in the St Paul. Blocks from the Seine. Block from Metro St. Paul. Walking distance to Notre Dame. This was our second time at this apartment. Hope to stay again

The apartment offered everything one would want. Historical location, super convenient to everything, and comfortable space to come back to after a day of walking and sightseeing. Friendly neighbors and I would stay there again in the future.

Great location

The apt worked out great for us. It can be very noisy at night. The water pressure is fabulous and lovely hot water for a shower, or doing dishes. We did not use the washing machine or dishwasher. Kitchen nicely stocked with needed items. Very close to a great street with lots of places to buy groceries, treats, and just about anything you may have forgotten. Metro line 1 is close and you can get just anywhere in the city wifrom there.

This property worked out great for a family of 4. The best part was its proximity to metros. There were plenty of good restaurants and grocery places at walking distance.

We had a great stay! Flat is clean and is well appointed. Beds are both very comfortable. Unit was close to metro, shopping and restaurants. Super safe location. Would stay again!

Our trip to Paris was complete by staying at Christel’s place. It was in the best area, within walking distance of great shopping, dining and the metro. It was also very clean, and had everything you could require. If we head back to Paris, we’ll be staying here for sure!

Perfect place and location

Communication with Paul was excellent. The place is as shown in the pictures - clean, well-lit and well-stocked. The location was great - quiet, but also very close to the St. Paul Metro to allow access to the city. Many shops and eating places close by. I'd highly recommend it and would stay here again.

A quiet spot in the middle of the Marais

Paul is a wonderful host. We had a lovely time. We could be on the go all day and then return to his home for a restoring night.

Love this flat

We stayed here for 5 nights with 4 adults and it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better. The size didn’t bother us at all. Great shower, comfortable beds, quiet street. They have a dishwasher, washing machine and mini fridge. We would stay here again!

Perfect Location in the Heart of Paris

My kids and I loved this apartment. Everything we needed was nearby…..fabulous bakeries, grocery stores, the metro…..all set in a wonderful neighbourhood. Paul was responsive to all our requests. Highly, highly recommended!

Great Location!

The apartment was perfect for what we needed, and the Murphy bed was comfortable! It was also in a great location and we were able to walk to a lot of places. There’s also a bike rack right in front where you can leave any Lime rentals after biking around the city. The metro stop is also really close, right through the alley to the right of the building!

Great Stay

The three of us enjoyed out stay in the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent. The metro and busses, just a block away, connect you easily to everything in Paris. There are great restaurants nearby. The only thing I was disappointed with were the towels in the bathroom. They were small and thin. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would return again.

Wonderful Spot

This property was exactly as pictured and described. It was very well located, just a block from a main boulevard and metro station but on a quiet back street. The murphy bed was a big hit with my grandson. Everything was very clean and essential items were all provided.

A wonderful stay in a convenient, central, comfortable apartment

We loved our stay in this apartment. Everything was close : metro, shops, groceries and restaurants but in a very quiet location. Christel was very helpful and showed us how to work all of the appliances etc. Great internet connection. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

My second stay here...

This was my second stay at this wonderful apartment (I've already booked my stay for May 2024). It's a great place with everything you might need. A comfortable bed in the bedroom, and this 5' 10" 50+ woman was perfectly comfortable on the murphy bed. The location CANNOT be beat. And the restaurant below is wonderful.
