This beautiful quiet street which bears the name of the one, as the legend says, who invented, the school is located in the heart of the Marais and more precisely close to the Saint Paul district. The nearest metro is Saint Paul line 1.
In a beautiful condominium, this apartment has been renovated with particular care combining modernity and objects borrowed from history.
The bedding in the bedroom as well as the Murphy bed in the living room are very comfortable and of high quality.

Ideal

We stayed here with our two children and it was the perfect size and location. Very easy to get around using either the Metro or buses and close walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, shops etc. the apartment was as advertised and very clean and tidy. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect location

We had a great stay, the apartment location was convenient to the metro and most sites by foot. There were many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. Paul was very accommodating to dropping off luggage prior to check-in and responsive to all questions prior to stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location

The apt worked out great for us. It can be very noisy at night. The water pressure is fabulous and lovely hot water for a shower, or doing dishes. We did not use the washing machine or dishwasher. Kitchen nicely stocked with needed items. Very close to a great street with lots of places to buy groceries, treats, and just about anything you may have forgotten. Metro line 1 is close and you can get just anywhere in the city wifrom there.

Birthday trip

We had a wonderful time and the home was very comfortable. The host was always in touch if we have any questions. The area is darling and wonderful restaurants and great shopping with local finds. Loved all of it!

Perfect location!

My friend and I stayed here in January. The apartment is cosy and very nicely appointed. It was very clean, with modern amenities such as a washing machine , dishwasher, and excellent shower, but also with the charm of being iin an old building with beautiful high windows. There is one bedroom, and a Murphy bed that opens up in the kitchen, so we had some privacy from each other at night. And the location is perfect! I loved this place and would happily stay here again.

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT

The location of the apartment was perfectly situated, either for walking or taking the #1 metro. The apartment felt actually larger than it appeared on the website and was perfectly appointed with everything one could need. Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would love to go back another time.

Location, location, location

The apartment offered everything one would want. Historical location, super convenient to everything, and comfortable space to come back to after a day of walking and sightseeing. Friendly neighbors and I would stay there again in the future.

The stay was wonderful. Location was perfect. Close to a metro line. Walking distance to Notre Dame. Great restaurant on the ground floor (chez Mademoiselle). The host was fantastic to deal with. Would stay here again!

Great location

This flat is a great location on a quiet street that is close to metro stations, great restaurants, boulangeries, and patisseries. I would absolutely stay here on a future visit. 4 of us stayed for a week, and although the quarters are tight for 4, it was quite doable as we spent most of our time exploring the city.

Very Nice little apartment

This is a nice little apartment in a great part of town. Lots of restaurants near by and easy walking distance to all the major sites as well as Metro stations. Shower has plenty of pressure and hot water. Kitchen is efficient and easy to navigate. I would stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay!

We loved staying here!

Paul was an excellent host and the property was a happy stay for us with our two young children. The space is efficiently used with so many features including a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, adequate bedding for 4 people. So many basics included like cooking items, washing items, umbrella, books to name a few things. It's in a great neighbourhood with easy access to the Saint Paul and Pont Marie metro stations which are both well connected lines. There are bakeries, cafes and supermarkets within easy access with a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is a picturesque view of the Seine River. Paul was excellent at answering all our questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We couldn't have asked for more.

Sehr gemütliche zentrale ruhige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir waren für die Olympischen Spiele mit unserer -9 jährigen Tochter nach Paris gekommen und die gemütliche kleine Wohnung von Paul war perfekt für uns 3. Die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist nicht groß, aber perfekt geschnitten und genutzt und das Schrankbett in der Wohnküche richtig gemütlich. Herrlicher Blick aus beiden Zimmern auf die ruhigen Pariser Gassen und in 3 min an der quirligen Metro Saint Paul und in die andere Richtung in 3 min an der Seine und in 6 min am Batobus . Paul war jederzeit zur Stelle, Wohnung sehr sauber und die Kleine Küche richtig gut ausgestattet auch mit Kaffee, Tee und Spülmaschinentabs. Trotz Olympia war der Wohnungspreis sehr fair und moderat. Danke Paul! Und das Restaurant unten im Haus haben wir aufgrund anderer Bewertungen getestet und waren sehr begeistert!originelle Speisen, oberleckeres Fisch , nette Bedienung- toll!

Third Stay Here

This was my third stay at this apartment, and am getting ready to book my fourth stay for next year. This location is PERFECT. The apartment has everything I need. Year one, I brought my 18 year old nephew, year two I brought a friend, year three I brought the other 18 year old nephew. Each guest I've taken with me has loved it as much as I have. Calm in the midst of Olympic preparations chaos

I loved my stay. Everything worked in the apartment. It was spotless when we arrived. More importantly, it was quiet in the evening as well as during the day despite being so close to the chaotic traffic around St Paul metro.

The property was in a good location. Close to metro and supermarket. Only short journey to Notre Dame and Louvre etc. Could walk. Felt safe in the area. Apartment very comfy for 2, but we managed 4 reasonably well.

Great location and charming, affordable apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris in this charming apartment in le Marais. This apartment was really well appointed with a great kitchen, bathroom, living space, with a lovely dining area right by a window overlooking the neighborhood. There is a great restaurant in the bottom floor, Chez Mademoiselle as well where we ate our first night open on Sundays. Paul was really helpful and available to us for any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Great area

A lovely place to stay. I would ask for a couple of lines to tell us how things work as from USA we are not familiar with stove tops and some electrical differences in Paris That said we could not have had a better time. Thank you!
