The apartment was very nice and the host was very friendly. I asked so many questions and they were answered within a short time. We really enjoyed our stay. The Metro was nearby and made it easy to get around to wherever we were going. There are plenty of food options within a 10-15 minute walk, including some amazing bakeries! We were a group of six: 4 adults, a teenager and a 10 year old. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft in the upstairs bedroom. Having two full bathrooms was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Perfect home base

This was a perfect place for our family of five. Two full baths, close to the metro, easy access to stores and cafes. Beautiful hidden gem.

Great stay for family!

We were very nervous about the property but it was great for our family trip. We stayed 8 nights. The communication with the property manager was very good. They also suggested options to park our van. The place is bigger than the photos can tell. The room upstairs is perfect. It gave us privacy from our in laws who stayed in the main level. We had clean towels and the beds were very comfy. The bakery in front of the street offers the perfect option for sweets and salty cravings. The kitchen has everything you need. If we go back to Paris, we will definitely consider this place again. Overall, it was very convenient, close to the metro station.

First trip to Paris

Had an excellent stay at this property. Great neighborhood. Very close to the Metro, walking distance to many restaurants, and a nice courtyard right outside a fairly private apartment. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great stay

The property was awesome, tucked away, between two apartment complexes. It was quiet, very helpful staff, and a garden in the center. Plenty of places.to.eat, and groceries nearby. It was kind of far from the Louvre/ Eiffel tower, but Ubers made them accessible. More travel savvy folks would have no problem getting to those spots by other means.

Perfect little apartment

This was the perfect apartment for our family if 6. 2 minutes walk to the metro station, amazing bakery across the street and very good restaurants a couple of blocks away. It was very clean and pleasant and showers were great.

Exactly as described, well outfitted and located

We had a wonderful stay at this well supplied apartment. Communication about check in and out was very easy. Kitchen was nicely outfitted with all we could need. Would definitely recommend and would love to be able to return and stay again sometime soon!

An absolute gem

Amazing space in the middle of a big city, truly an oasis to relax in after a long day of walking around Paris. The upstairs room is a loft that you ca. use to hang out with friends in and the courtyard garden is beautiful and has several very cute cats. 100% would recommend.

Wish we stayed longer!

We loved our stay. The apartment slept 5 (4 adults and one tall teen) comfortably. Having a second bathroom was a godsend. The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. It was bigger than we imagined. The quiet garden with the resident cat, Mimo, made it feel like home. A quick walk to the metro into the city or a short walk to the metro towards Disneyland. If we make it back to Paris, we would stay again.

Cute and Quaint

We’re a blended family with 4 Kids ranging in age From 14-21. The kids stayed in the upstairs room and loft and they loved it! We stayed in the downstairs room and it plenty of space for two. This rental does not have a living space, but we did not miss it. We spend time out sight seeing , and took full advantage of the 24hr bakery across the street. Also very near by and in eyes view from the apartments doors, is a laundromat that was super convenient for our light packers. The apartment could use deep cleaning , but as popular as it is, perhaps there hasn’t been enough time. There are plenty of options as far as markets, and restaurants in short walking distance and the metro is a few blocks away. Pharmacies too, are easy to find!! We would stay there again!

Ten Day Stay

Our family of five (parents with kids ages 18, 16, 12) stayed for ten days. Pros: -Convenient bakery right across the street with terrific offerings which we enjoyed each morning -metro within 5 minutes’ walk -feels safe with passcodes needed to enter through two doorways before arriving at apartment -upstairs bedroom bed is large (kinda wish Mom and Dad claimed that one!) My daughters said the big bed was very comfy -loft area actually has three twin matresses -two bathrooms -on site staff has small office within courtyard and they were very kind and helpful (but has limited hours) Cons: -a few smaller repairs need to be done (both toilet lids are loose, toilet paper holder is wobbly, shower curtains are kind of gross) -no living area to speak of. Just kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms -no insulation between master bedroom and next door neighbor. They seemed to come in every night around midnight with a crying child. -bedding was sparse and not cozy (sheets and one thin wool blanket) -stairs going to second floor and especially going to the loft can be dicey -twin beds aren’t the most comfortable -yes, it’s close to the metro but it can easily be 20-30 minutes to get to anything centralized -no washcloths (I was prepared for this as most places in France don’t have them.) -kitchen chairs could be more comfortable

Hideaway

The apt was nice! We had plenty of space for 2 adults with our 4 children. It was a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. There is a coin operated laundry just around the corner. There was no AC but it was cool enough in the evenings we were able to have the window open.

Great location but we’re unlucky to show up on the hottest day in Paris. No air conditioning, but fans were provided. The heat left and we were fine the other nights. A close by Aldis grocery store helped keep Paris costs low

Beautiful but warm

The property is beautiful and was great for our family! The downside is that there’s no a/c and it was very hot. But there were plenty of fans to use. It’s stunning and close to public transport which made everything easy!

Spent 5 days touring Paris. Location close to metro stops made sigjtseeing a breeze. Unit’s gardens were luso and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Wonderful Location

Stayed here for a week with the family. The location of this property is great! There is easy access to subway lines and there are several great cafes around. Being within walking distance of Pere Lachaise Cemetery was an unexpected surprise (definitely take a stroll). Having the garden in the back gave a peaceful feel in an otherwise busy area. The beds were comfortable. We did hit a few hiccups. There were only 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper provided. We had to go and buy more which I was surprised at. The electric switch downstairs was a touchy (a known issue) and the wall lights in the bedroom upstairs were not securely fastened to the wall. The host was communicative however, these and a few other frustrations would have been so simple to fix/maintain ahead of time.All in all, this was a nice place to stay for us and we were happy with the accommodations.

Perfect First Time Stay in Paris

My family of four loved every aspect of our stay. The location is very close to two metro stops, which made a perfect starting point for every place we visited during our stay. Communication was excellent and the property was spotless. It was very spacious and was more than enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Great experience and will stay here again when in Paris.
