The place was exactly as described- we had a lovely time! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we wanted. We loved the nearby restaurants and how quiet it was. It was so convenient to grocery stores, a bakery and a laundromat.

The location of the apartment was close to 2 metro stations and also nearby were some nice cafe’s, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean with excellent beds and conveniences but it lacked a living area and the kitchen could have been better equiped with more smaller pots.Although the weather was not too good we still enjoyed the tranquil garden after a busy day strolling the city.

Having a French cafe next door, a bakery and a Vietnamese restaurant across the street and a metro stop less than 5 minutes away, all combined to make this apartment, and the associated Eden Lodge, a great place to stay in Paris. A table in the garden just outside our door meant that in nice weather we could dine al fresco when we wanted to eat in, and when we wanted to eat out the cafe and restaurant gave us lots of choices. Street noise was minimal. Apartment can easily accommodate a large family with a queen bed downstairs and a queen bed and 2 singles upstairs. Kitchen is nicely appointed with a microwave and a 2-pot electric stove, sink and dishwasher. Downstairs toilet tends to run but isn't noisy. I'd definitely rent this apartment again the next time I stay in Paris.

It's a nice property. Due to the heatwave, it was tough to get a good night sleep but not the property's fault. There is were a couple little issues like ants in the kitchen, bathroom wouldn't lock, wall lamp just barely hanging on. Not huge but small annoyances.

Great Place To Stay

Right next to a metro line and within walking distance of a lot of good shops and sites, very clean and kitschy interior.

The property was in a safe part of town with lots of conveniences: bakery; groceey store; laundrymat; restaurants. The managers where charming and understanding as we a few minutes late vacating. Nina was especially helpful. It would have been nice to have the building code an hour earlier and not when we were right at the door with all our luggage. There wasn’t a corkscrew but we got one of the managers living next door to lend us one. All in all it was a lovely stay.

This is a very comfortable and convenient apartment, in a private garden in the 11eme. We enjoyed proximity to several metro lines and a bus on the corner servicing the middle of the city easily. Our family enjoyed the multiple rooms and two bathrooms. It would be amazing with a sitting room area, but the kitchen table provided a space to be together while the two floors provided space and privacy. Accessing the apartment was safe and secure and the staff of Eden Lodge were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Perfect First Time Stay in Paris

My family of four loved every aspect of our stay. The location is very close to two metro stops, which made a perfect starting point for every place we visited during our stay. Communication was excellent and the property was spotless. It was very spacious and was more than enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Great experience and will stay here again when in Paris.

First trip to Paris

Had an excellent stay at this property. Great neighborhood. Very close to the Metro, walking distance to many restaurants, and a nice courtyard right outside a fairly private apartment. Would definitely recommend to others!
