This is an ideal place for any group up to six! Three bedrooms with either two Large Twins or one King in each!Washer and Dryer, so you can pack lighter!View of the Eifel Tower from balcony is just beautiful at night! Sunrises are spectacular from the living room! Xavier was a pleasure to work with answering so many questions for our first time in Paris! The fact that we could easily walk down to the bus stops to take us into the Metro and then Paris or a bus to Versailles was a huge factor in spending a week here. The RATP app and Paris- Visit 5 day pass was the way for us to go, even though we spent one day just relaxing in D’Avray! Will definitely be a location we share with others planning a visit to Paris!

We had a great stay.

Nice comfortable apartment with park and city views and a great place to relax after seeing the Paris sights. We used the train and bus to get into the city and Versailles, and shopped in the 'U' and the local Pizza food truck for dinners. A great place. Recommend ))

Beauty and History

Beautiful property! Xavier was such a gracious host and was always available for any questions, I highly recommend the property for its history, distance from the heart of the city, and local community.

Great family vacation in Paris

Xavier and Camille were amazing hosts. Our flight landed a little early and they were still able to accommodate us. The place is within walking distance of a bakery, grocery store and several restaurants. The AC units kept us cool during the heatwave we were there. Great communication with the hosts and every need was immediately taken care of.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the apartment balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Xavier was an exceptional host- thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely gracious throughout our visit. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after long days exploring. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. We also loved the short walk to the fresh weekend market-such a great way to experience the neighborhood and pick up local goodies! The stairs were a bit of a challenge at first, but we quickly got used to them- and honestly, we'd climb them again in a heartbeat for a stay like this. Do yourself a favor and book here- you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable experience in Paris. Thank you for the wine, Xavier! I really enjoyed it!

The apartment is gorgeous and was a great fit for our party of 6. Beds super comfy and all of the amenities you would ever need. We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Amazing weekend in Paris!

This weekend stay with 4 adult friends in Paris was incredible! In a quiet, smaller neighborhood of Paris it was full of great food, close to the metro, and had breathtaking views. The hosts were very accommadating, especially since I messed up the reservation and only said one person was coming, and they quickly fixed the sleeping situation. They were easy to communicate with, and they provided great recommendations in the area!Highly recommended for anyone traveling to this area!

Christmas is Paris

The apartment is stunning and Xavier and Camille are the perfect hosts. It is located outside the city limits of Paris; however, public transportation is easy to navigate. The town of Ville de’Avray is charming and has everything you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and if we ever return, I would stay here again.

We stayed at this lovely property to have some downtime after a busy tour of France. We enjoyed the spaciousness and outlook. Having two toilets when sharing with friends is also a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped if choosing to stay in. We were close to restaurants, shops and public transport plus there was a lovely walk around two lakes close by. You can see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night from the lounge/balcony and it was a 15 minute UBer ride to Versailles for a spot of shopping. There are three flights of stairs to navigate to the apartment but so worth it when you arrive at this oasis.
