We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and beautiful and very easy access to the metro. Bakeries and cafes within a few short blocks. And a small general store a few doors down for the shampoo we forgot.

This apartment was just enough space for us to enjoy a lovely trip to Paris, across from a metro, yes it is a lot of steps up, but we loved it. Clean, safe, delightful with everything you need.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Super close to the tram, Eiffel Tower and enjoyed walking through the Sunday market under the tracks. Neighborhood is surprisingly quiet at night.

Loved our Stay!

Such a great place to stay as we explored the city for 4 days! The location was our favorite part! We stayed with 3 adults (myself, my husband & my 74 year old mom) and our 3 kids (ages 13, 11 & 10). Everything was exactly as the description said and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We booked here for 2 nights after a few days in Disneyland. It was perfect location so close to the Eiffel Tower as well as lots of restaurants. Owner was great with communication and recommended parking which worked out perfectly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good location near the Metro Station. Easy access to transportation. Lots of restaurants and amenities in the area and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Communication with host and access to the apartment was easy.Apartment is in an old building without an elevator and it’s on the 4th floor - not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues who has difficulty with winding stairs. Description did not mention this!Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms both of which are very small - again not suitable for those with mobility issues or larger people. Floors are wooden and creak loudly when walking on them so it is not quiet moving about, especially at night. Towel dryer in bathroom did not work. Room doors are hard to close and therefore noisy.Kitchen is very small but well equipped. Beds and linens were fine but nothing special. Furniture appears to be primarily Ikea type. TV is small but did not use it. Wifi works well.Would not stay here again when coming back to Paris.

Awesome Apartment

We had a really nice place to stay during our visit to Paris. Everything fit with online description. And so convenient since was a few steps away. Definitely perfect for our family of four!

Great Stay!

This was our first time using VRBO. The apartment was just as described and easily accommodated our group of 5. It was clean and quiet. There are several stairs up to the apartment, but we didn’t find it to be a problem at all. The location is great with a metro station across the street and many restaurants in the area. The Eiffel Tower is an easy and pleasant 10-15 minute walk. The check in process was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages and provided all of the information we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Place was awesome, close distance to lots of places. Good grocery shops close by, restaurants and cafes all round and good 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Just for people’s awareness you can only get to the bunk bed room via main room but was fine for us as we had little kids. Definitely recommend more pillows and more fans for summertime.

Very Comfortable- Great location

This was the perfect spot for my family of 5. Newly renovated, bout great character. Close to the Metro which allowed us to explore Paris. 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Owners great to deal with. We had a problem with the door codes when checking in but they were very quick to fix it. Definitely would stay here again.

Great apartment in a fantastic location!

This was our first time in Paris and it was a treat to stay at Jacques’ apartment! The location is perfect - so close to the Metro and great cafes/restaurants. It was also a bonus to have the Monoprix just down the block. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV but the wifi worked great (although the signal was a bit weak in the bedrooms). It would have been nice to have a few more towels since we were there for 1 week but otherwise everything was great! Merci Jacques!

The apartment was well stocked with everything you need. We were very thankful for the fans that each bedroom. The only thing we would have liked were thicker bed pillows. It is a charming apartment. We would highly recommend.

Fabulous flat within walking distance of Eiffel Tower

Enjoyed our stay in your charming, cozy, updated flat. It was tricky figuring out the door to the flat upon arrival since the door latch wasn’t clearing easily when trying to open. Great location but with the building being over a hundred years old it had its share of squeaks. The flat had everything we needed for our stay. Overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend it to others!

Perfect property

Property was in an ideal location. It was a perfect size for 4 adults. We have been spending the last few weeks in various property’s throughout France( World Cup Rugby) and we all agree that this one in Paris is def our top choice. Clean accessible, comfy, The four flights were not a prob as we expected a climb. Beds were comfy. Kitchen small, however ample for our needs for our two night stay. We loved it and will def be our go to choice when we return to Paris.

Great family accomodation in central location

Great apartment for family of 5. Located very close to metro lines with access to everywhere in Paris. Enough space for our family of 5 to enjoy space from one another after long days of sightseeing. No washing machine which we overlooked when reading the description. Squeaky floors so once one person is awake likely the rest of the family is awake.

We had a wonderful time in Paris with this apartment as our homebase. Its immediate surroundings are full of grocery, restaurant, bakery, and coffee shop options. Uncomfortable beds and not the best neighborhood

Property manager was responsive and kind. Property was clean and can host up to 6. It is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and right across the subway, but other than that location is not great, there are a lot of homeless staying across the street outside the subway. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable and floor planks squeak with every step (very uncomfortable at night). I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this property if you want to rest or be near nice areas
