About this property

NEWLY RENOVATED flat - Batignolles Paris 17

Located in the magnificent district of BATIGNOLLES (in the wonderfull rue des Moines) near MONTMARTRE and SACRE COEUR, in a quiet building with 2 beautiful rooms overlooking a charming courtyard, our flat let you enjoy all the amenities in a nice and pleasant place to live.
Perfect place up to 4 people (6 max), the two bedrooms are connected by two large sliding doors, and can be quickly transformed into one large and pleasant room.

- The Housing :
The flat has been completely refurbished. We have created a 3 room apartment with a 20m² living and dining room which has all the amenities: fitted kitchen, extendable table for up to 6 people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, large fridge with freezer, TV connected with NETFLIX, large sofa... The bathroom is pleasant and has a large shower tray. The WC is separate from the bathroom. The 2 bedrooms overlook a beautiful courtyard with flowers (thanks to our charming neighbour). The bedding is new, good quality and comfortable. A cot and toys are available.
Rooms are directly connected to the living room without loss of space.

Sheets, towels, Nespresso capsules, tea bags, etc... will be made available to you.


Many cultural elements (which we leave you to discover) decorate the flat, often in connection with art, a passion of my wife, a former student of the Ecole du Louvre.


This flat is the result of more than a year of work and set up to transform a former commercial space located on the ground floor to a nice and welcoming flat (the entrance is in the building corridor, the former entrance on the street has been condemned). We have kept the 2 metal electric curtains to enjoy a practical and original light occultation.
We tested the flat before offering it to you in order to guarantee a very pleasant living environment. It will be ideal to enjoy a place of rest and well-being, particularly important to have the better visit possible of Paris.
If you have any questions or need anything, I will be available to answer and help you during your stay.

- Transport :
Numerous buses (5 lines), metros (line 13 and 14) and RER (C) connect our flat to all Paris places. The Brochant subway station, 100 meters far from the flat, will allow you to move quickly in many nice places (CHAMPS ELYSEES, LOUVRE, EIFFEL TOWER, Gare Saint Lazare...)

Just next door, the Brochant - Cardinet bus station, connect directly the MOULIN ROUGE or the MONTMARTRE cemetery in 10 minutes, and the SACRE COEUR in 20 minutes.

15 minutes walk from the new PALAIS DE JUSTICE and close to PORTE MAILLOT (conferences at the Palais des Congres)

The apartment has everything you need for a great vacation in Paris. The location was only a two minute walk to a metro station to access all of Paris. It was well taken care of and comfortable for 4 adults. The owner was always responsive to any questions. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Great Paris stay a block from Brochant metro.

We found everything that we needed in this flat. My wife and I and my son, his wife and two clildren. We visited many of Paris' sites from there with ease. A great pastry shop on the corner nearby provided great croissants for breakfast. We all found this apartment to be quite cozy.

First stay in Batignolles

This was our first stay in this area. Ivan made us feel welcome, from starting communications all the way through check out. He was always available if any questions arose. The apartment has been completely remodeled, with an excellent use of space. It was clean and had everything you would need. It was also quiet, being on a quiet street. The neighborhood is lovely with plenty of restaurants and sites all within walking distance. The two parks nearby are beautiful and easily accessible. The metro is close if you want to see other parts of the city. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Outstanding property!

We loved our stay here! We had two adults, two teenagers and a child. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was amazing to have a full-size fridge, washing machine, and a dishwasher. Plenty of soap, towels, and all of the extras we wouldn’t have expected. :-) Property owners were incredibly helpful with any questions that we had. The neighborhood is outstanding. We walked for coffee, breakfast, and groceries every day. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, safe and beautiful rental. It was also fantastic that they had umbrellas, information about the area, ample garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. which made it very easy to stay comfortably! We will absolutely stay here anytime we are back in Paris

Lovely Property

Perfect apartment for my friends and I, was exactly as described and very clean. It was quite literally a 2 minute walk from the metro station and was quick to travel to attractions around Paris. The area the apartment was in was also lovely with the markets, bars and restaurants and parks nearby.
