Suitable for couples ,friends or family with 2 /3 children for discovering the famous tourist attractions on foot or by Metro (3 stations in a 2/3 minutes walk) or by bus.
Lovely spacious living/dining room to relax after a day of sight-seeing . Internet ,WIFI , international TV channels.
The two bedrooms have in each of them King size extra comfortable beds which can be separated into single beds.
Also a comfortable movable bed available for a 5th person.(baby cot and high chair available )
There are in every room fans , heating and side lamps.
The family bathroom has a full bath/ shower, washing basin and toilet ,a small shower room has a shower and small washing basin .

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Location was different for us as we have stayed in the Latin Quarter on prior visits to Paris but this was every bit as pleasurable. No shortages of restaurants all around us, metro stations within an easy 5 minute walk, several markets for groceries and other items close by. Most of all we felt safe without any reservations about walking any time of day. Everything we wanted to see was easily reached. Last but not least, the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious for the two of us. Big bonus was the washer/dryer and the elevator, even though the apartment was up one floor. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

Our stay

This is in a great location for the Metro, shopping (food, wine, patisserie) and not very touristy. Lots of good restaurants and a chocolatier across the street. Street noise is noticeable but there are fans in the bedrooms.

Perfect location

Wonderful apartment! We had everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is amazing, close to all transports, selection of dining options, a delicious Boulangerie and supermarkets- all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

Great location

This was a nice spacious apartment for the 4 of us. Communication with the owner was amazing, Joelle really reached out to make sure everything was good. The air conditioning in the bedroom was great as well as the fans, we slept very well for the end of July. Metro was just down the block. Got to see all the major attractions without any problems. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The location was ideal since it was close to bus stops and the metro, as well as shops and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms provided plenty of privacy. The living room space gave us a place to relax after our busy days of sightseeing. Emmanuel was very helpful. Having a washing machine was also a benefit since we tried to pack light. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a family of 4. However, there was only 1 toilet and 1 shower.

Nice spacious apartment in a lively neighborhood

We stayed for 8 nights in hot weather with another couple . The high ceilings and large rooms (for Paris) were perfect for us. AC and fans worked well, kitchen has all the basics. WiFi was a little slow, but worked. Very busy and noisy street with lots of restaurants, stores and cafes and lots more in the area. New windows in the street side bedroom did a good job of reducing the noise. One tip: Coffee carafe doesn't quit fit the machine - set carafe at an angle, not flat, to keep the drip valve open.

Stylish apartment in good location

Just home after a 3 night break in apartment 'Opera Promenade'. A comfortable, stylish and very clean apartment which is larger than it looks in the photos (the bedrooms in particular). The area of Paris is really interesting - loved the covered arcades opposite the apartment and just 2 minutes walk from the famous Chartier restaurant. Several small supermarkets close by and the oldest sweet shop in Paris in the same street. An easy 15 minute walk to the Louvre and about the same distance to the Opera. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. Everything in the apartment was well maintained and the overall feel was chic and stylish. Small kitchen but everything you'd need for basic catering. Being in a busy Parisian street with restaurants and the usual nightlife, the only downside was a certain amount of noise from the street at night- time and early morning. This could be a problem for light sleepers, although the second bedroom was much quieter. The communication from the owner was good, with clear directions and well managed arrangements on arrival and departure. Good value for money and would certainly recommend. Diane, Craig and Emily

Hot disaster

Nice older building renovated. Perhaps one of the hottest weeks at the end of summer. A/C was advertised in the description. One portable unit in one bedroom that continuously malfunctioned. The temperature in the apartment was in the 80s and above for most of the week. We emailed the owner, but he explained that the laws kept them from adding A/C to the building. That wasn't the issue; the unit didn't work! The manager, who speaks English, wasn't present when we arrived. Her sister, who spoke little English, let us in. It appeared that the apartment hadn't been checked. Shampoo bottles were nearly empty, for example. A fan for the second bedroom was damaged and made difficult to use. Advertised as two bath, but the second was a tight shower alcove with a mini sink. The toilet in the complete bathroom was stained with rust. When we finally made contact with the manager, she came by and was very nice, acknowledging the problems. The owners seem like a decent couple, but these shortcomings should have been addressed before we arrived. As it was, we could have been harmed by the excessive heat. The primary reason we rented this property was because of it's having A/C, as we thought of the real possibility that the weather could be quite warm in early September.

The location was excellent. It was a large space.The owners of the apartment were very cooperative and helpful, however the details of the property were not accurate. It was listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The second bathroom had no toilet and the shower was so small if you turned around you hit the valve controlling the water temperature. The sink was so tiny that it was impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth without soaking the floor. One of the single beds made terribly loud squeaking noises when you moved.

Lovely flat with spacious, comfortable living room. Location was very good. Great security, Comfortable beds for all, but the four pillows for four guests need to be replaced. One was oddly lumpy and the rest were flat. The host is lovely and checked in before, during and after our stay. Unfortunately my email wasn’t working, so I couldn’t respond. The unit manager was supposed to greet us and show us how to use the confusing washing machine, but instead left the keys in a mailbox, and messaged us instructions. She did however provide us with two additional pillows. All in all, we loved this property and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is spotlessly clean and well-stocked with what we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, the lights bright, the hosts easy to communicate with. The location allowed us to walk to the Seine and Louvre in one direction, and to the Basilique du Sacre-Coeur in the other. When we needed to go further, there was very easy access to the metro. Fabulous bread, cheese, fruit and chocolate shops are only steps away. With the windows open, there is quite a lot of street noise, even in the middle of the night. The portable AC units were very welcome, but also require venting through open windows. We were able to manage this to stay comfortable during some very warm July days. Many thanks to our hosts. I would absolutely stay there again!

L’emplacement est excellent avec plein de restaurants et boutiques tout alentour. Les chambres sont correctes, mais celle qui donne sur la rue est très bruyante. Les deux manquent d’espace de rangement. Le salon est confortable. La cuisine est minimaliste, donc ne comptez pas trop cuisiner.. Bon endroit pour visiter Paris mais peut-être pas en période de chaleur.

Great stay for a family of 5

We stayed here as a family of 5 (17/14/11). The house was a perfect size for us. The windows provide a great breeze, and each room had a portable AC unit which was fine for our needs. The house is nicely located to boulangeries, metro, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and more.

Beautiful starting point to explore Paris

This apartment was exactly what we wanted: well-stocked, spacious, living in a neighborhood close to several metro stops, exceptional food down the street, including daily boulangerie trips for croissants and baguettes. The place was comfortable, convenient, and Joelle and Livio were exceptional hosts who were very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. Check in and communication with the owners was super easy, the place was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a bus stop right out front and several metro stops in a few block radius. This is a residential area with loads of good shops, groceries, and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us! It had everything we needed! The neighborhood was even better than expected. Close walk to the Metro. The bus station is literally outside the front door. So many restaurants and markets for anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Every moment of our stay was amazing. From the initial conversation with Livio prior to the visit where I was given tons of information about the location, restaurants and transportation in the area to the quaint Perisian apartment. Our stay was incredible!!!! When I come back to Paris this is definitely where I will be staying.

Great neighborhood in Paris for a stay!

We really enjoyed the scenery and convenience of this VRBO. Our hosts and the property contact were incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and helping us to get situated on day one.As for the property, it’s a great option for small families with kids, with plenty of space to move around, and a property that felt really secure. Not only that, we had multiple avenues for exploring Paris, with a bus stop outside the door and several metro stops within very short walking distance. Plenty of options for dining near us including a good Argentinian steak restaurant. Overall a great stay!

In the middle of Montmartre

The Appartement has a very pleasant charm you would expect from an old building in Paris. Check in is very easy. We had very good contact to the landlord and the manager. The Apartment is located directly at a very busy street in Montmarte. You will hear busses, delivery trucks etc. early in the Morning But you can reach countless restaurants and bars on foot.
