I wait for you in this wonderful place, very clear with a beautiful open view with at the end of the rue la Seine. This beautiful quiet street which bears the name of the one, as the legend says, who invented, the school is located in the heart of the Marais and more precisely close to the Saint Paul district. The nearest metro is Saint Paul line 1.
In a beautiful condominium, this apartment has been renovated with particular care combining modernity and objects borrowed from history.
The bedding in the bedroom as well as the Murphy bed in the living room are very comfortable and of high quality.
Everything will be there to make your stay unforgettable. It is important to me to receive you at home as guests whom I want to pamper.

We took our two teenagers to experience Paris for the first (but not last!) time and Paul greeted us at his lovely, centrally-located flat in the Marais. We were able to easily see so many spectacular sights (Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, even a croissant-making class...) with this wonderful "home base". We could not recommend staying here more highly and look forward to going back!

I had a wonderful week in Paris with my adult children. Paul, the proprietor, met us at the apartment (despite a 2 hr flight delay on our part) and showed us all of its' features. The apartment is a wonderful mix of modern and traditional components. The location is perfect--steps down a pedestrian walkway to the #1 metro St Paul stop which serves most tourist attractions (Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysses, Arc du Triumph). A second stop (Ponte Marie, metro 7) is a 10 min walk. We walked to Notre Dame and the Shakespeare Company in 15 min.

The place was very clean and was a great location for shops, restaurants and metro. Paul was a great host and was very helpful and prompt in answering all my questions. The place is small but perfect for 2 people. I would have liked some instructions for the coffee makers but many shops close by. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Paris.

Wonderful location on a quiet street near the Metro. The apartment was clean and convenient. Paul helped us secure a taxi driver and was there to greet us.The restaurant beneath us did stay noisy until after midnight on Saturday….only drawback.

Five star location-tucked away on a small street but still 5 minutes walk from two metro lines and to the river. Easy access to plenty of shops and cafes. We were able to walk all over Paris easily from there. Sparkling clean, great shower. Both beds were comfortable and the Murphy bed was easy to use. I appreciated Paul's communication and although we had a small glitch on the check-in time he quickly remedied it. I would definitely stay there again.

Paul was a fantastic host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Excellent location, short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame and two metro stations. When we thought we may be delayed in Paris due to a pending Air Canada strike, Paul was very flexible and will to accommodate us.

Thank you, Tad, for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. The apartment is usually well equipped, and if anything had been missing, I would have been delighted to provide it immediately to make your stay more comfortable. Regarding the air conditioning, as mentioned in the listing, it is a portable unit that can be placed in any room. Both the airflow and the sound level are adjustable, which could have offered you more comfort. As for outside noise, the apartment is located on a small street parallel to Boulevard Saint-Paul. It is one-way and generally very quiet, especially on weekends when cars are not allowed in the area. I have never received a similar remark before, but I do understand that sensitivity to noise may vary from one guest to another. I only regret that you did not reach out during your stay, as I would have been happy to assist and address your needs. I hope you will still keep pleasant memories of your visit, and I would be delighted to welcome you back under better conditions. Best regards, Paul

We had a great stay, the apartment location was convenient to the metro and most sites by foot. There were many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood.
