Apartment, clear, bright and very quiet with a large balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Central to the Champs Elysées. Completely renovated by an architect in 2016.

Apartment 38m 2 rooms that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. On the 6th floor.

Located in the historic area of ​​the Arc de Triomphe with its buildings of the eighteenth century, many shops, restaurants and cafes. You will enjoy both the quiet of the apartment and the bustling neighborhood.

Dear Barbara, thank you for the review. I am surprised with your comment on "limited closets and drawers". We put so many! Did you notice there was a "hidden" closet in the corner of the living room? When we remodeled entirely the interior design, we choosed a hidden style for the closets, meaning they look like the walls

Very nice apartment .

Great location and very clean and well-maintained's apartment. Not spacious but comfortable . Would have been nice to of had some air-conditioning is it was very warm for the few days I was there. Great location.

Thank you for this nice review Tim. It was a pleasure to welcome you. It is true there is no AC in the apartment but I hope you have seen the big fan which is available in the closet of the bedroom. Also a good thing to know with my place is that it is so quiet and so safe you can leave all windows open at night on both sides of the apartment to get some fresh air. That's a pitty if you didn't do so because this way the ventilation of the apartment is very efficient and the place comfortably fresh at night.

Fabulous One Bedroom

Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Only drawback is no a/c during a week of 95+ degree F weather. I will certainly use again.

Thank you very much for this nice review. It is true it was very hot during your stay. We are not used to such high temperatures. Fortunately sleeping all windows open on both sides of the apartment helps. I also have now a big and efficient fan.

Wonderful apartment in a great area of Paris

The apartment is exactly as advertised, modern, very well kept and furnished. Jean-Francois is a very thorough owner. His instructions via e-mail and the instructions booklet in the apartment are of a completeness and a quality I have never seen before. Actually, I hope he won’t mind if I copy his style for my properties! He was also very kind and helpful with me and my son, who had a small medical emergency on the day of his departure. I am totally satisfied, and I will be back. By the way, the area around the apartment is extremely well served with all the shops, cafès and restaurants one will ever need!

Great property!

Check in was easy with clear instructions. Location is fantastic! Gave it 4 stars as we were there in August when most things are closed around there (even the boulangerie for the last 2 days!). But it’s Paris in August! Apartment is exactly as listed. Kitchen utensils are sparse but you have the necessities.(with minimal dishes, it would be great to have a dishwasher pod for each day of the proposed stay so we don’t have to buy more pods). Jean-Francois responds very quickly. No problems! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great Location & very comfortable

LOVED this apartment. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook a quick meal. Bakeries, restaurants, grocery store, fine dining, even a butcher all on the same the street. The Arc de triomphe and Champs-Elysees just a 10 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the Argentine metro which can take you anywhere. Will definitely come back to this place.

Court séjour à Paris

Très bien situé donnant sur une jolie cour intérieure sur une rue calme près des commerces et transports en commun. Procédures d’arrivée et de départ très faciles et très bien expliquées même si sans contact humain. L’appartement est petit mais c’est Paris. L’essentiel y est et il y a plusieurs commerces, épiceries et restos tout près.

Great location & light (natural & indoor lighting)

The shower drain was clogged so we experienced flooding in the bathroom one morning but the property manager sent someone to fix the problem the next day. Also the apartment “rules book” is missing information on how to use the oven and the microwave oven. And in which drawer to put the suds when using the washing machine. Finally did not tried to watch TV until the very last day and it seems that the TV internet system is not working very well. Told the property manager of those problems so I hope it will correct them for his next guests. Otherwise great apt & great neighborhood !

Nice, quit and top location

We spent a week in the apartment and felt like real Parisiens. The Apartment has all the things you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. It is located at the Arc and the Metro is less than 5 min away. Supermarkets and Bakery are within a few meters and very good restaurants as well. Overall we are completely satisfied.

Appartement très bien situé, proche des stations de métro, ce qui est très pratique pour se rendre partout dans Paris. Au pied de celui-ci, beaucoup de commerces, très pratique. Le quartier dans lequel est situé cette location est très calme, ce qui est fort appréciable. Concernant l'appartement, celui-ci est très propre, et très bien équipé. Bref, une location que je conseille. Nous y reviendront avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement nous avons apprécié la proximité des meilleurs quartiers de Paris
