Villa Ma-Re is within two hectares garden in a serene area 5 minutes walking distance from the best beaches of north Crete. On the property, there is a 4x8 meters pool and a private garage.
The rental apartment is on the lower level of the villa while the upper apartment is used as a week-end house by the owner's family.
It is 94 square meters, based on two levels separated by an indoor stair of 7 steps, with a private entrance on each level and verandas with sea, pool, and garden views and barbeque facilities. Decorated in the traditional Cretan style has a working fireplace and is equipped with air conditioners, WiFi, smartTV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all necessary facilities, to spend a relaxed and comfortable vacation.

My family of 5 and my parents shared and enjoyed this property for many summers since 1990. The renovated Villa with the serenity of the garden, the convenience of the pool, and the vicinity of the sea make Villa Ma-Re perfect for an enjoyable family or couple vacation.
What makes this property unique
20 km from the airport of Heraklion, 5 min walking distance from the most beautiful beaches of the island. Hersonissos Port (3 km distance) offers very vivid nightlife and many shopping centers. The Cretan Golf Club, the Aquarium, and water parks are 5 km away. The famous antiquities of Knossos and Malia are half an hour away. Nonetheless, the villa is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, next to luxurious hotels with Spa & beauty facilities. Within 200 meters from the villa, there are pool bars, cafes, a pizzeria, restaurants, and a supermarket.
