Cal Xaiet, located in Llampaies, a small town in the Alt Empordà (Girona), is a 19th-century farmhouse, with capacity for 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, three doubles and one with two beds, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, playground, barbecue, porch and a large garden of 1,500m2 with soccer goals. In the summer season it has a small pool.

This farmhouse is ideal to disconnect with family and friends. Either spending a weekend or holidays. The spaces allow you to celebrate a family meal, make "calçotades", paellas or a barbecue.

Pets are welcome and have a great time playing in the Garden.

The accommodation has all the necessary necessities to make the visitor feel as if he were in his own house. It is equipped to the smallest detail.

It has wifi and free parking.

Lovely country home

The host, Victoria, was wonderful - very hospitable, friendly and helpful. She was available at any hour for help and advice. The house was spotless and beautifully appointed with every necessary convenience. We used the lovely garden and pool to the fullest. Two things I would mention: there are 2 toilets but only one full bath in the main part of the house, but the second shower with toilet is in the sub-leval off the pool; also I would not recommend it for anyone with very small children or someone with mobility issues due to difficult staircases. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay. The house was just enough “away from it all” while still being very convenient to all that the Costa Brava has to offer. Would highly recommend it.

Estancia súper cómoda e ideal para desconectar

La casa es increíble con su zona de juegos bien separada de las habitaciones, el terreno que tiene es enorme ideal para ir con mascotas, que todo sea dicho no nos pusieron ninguna pega que eso ya es un placer, por lo general nos encantó la estancia.

NATURALEZA Y RELAX CON TODAS LAS COMODIDADES

Han sido 4 días muy agradables. La casa super bien equipada, no le falta detalle. Además de muy limpia. Lugar ideal para desconectar y pasar buenos ratos con la familia. La guinda al pastel hubiera sido tener una piscina de obra. Las escaleras a las habitaciones son difíciles para personas con problemas de movilidad o mayores.
