Great condo on 19th floor w a wide view of the bay and Valparaiso. Plenty of places to go and restaurants for good food. Artisanal stands offer nice regional gifts and souvenirs. Safe location and well monitored building entry is a plus.

Great location. Sure wish the weather was better.

Spent 3 nights at the property which was right on the beach. Good area with lots of bars and restaurants. Even found a sports bar showing the NFL! Unfortunately, for summer, the days started misty, foggy and cold and never lived up to the forecasts.

This apartment is all about the location and the view. We spent hours looking out to the sea. Spectacular unobstructed views of the sunset and fireworks. Could not have been better.

Vina del Mar

The property exceeded our expectations; it is actually a large luxury condo situated right on the beachfront. The condo is equipped with full amenities and there is security personnel at the desk in the lobby. The owners even arranged our ride from the airport and back again. The breathtaking view from the condo is oceanside and extends to the City of Valparaiso. Vina del Mar is a friendly, beautiful and easy walking city. We thoroughly enjoyed our month's stay and hope to return someday.

Great home base!

This property is just as shown in the listing. The location was perfect for me, daughter and son-in-law to see the sites and visit with relatives who live in the area. Easy access to shopping, casino and restaurants by walking, and Valparaiso and Reñaca by Uber. Do not miss the breath taking sunsets every night! We felt totally at home in the apartment. The concierge staff was helpful during our 10 day stay. The host responded quickly to our questions before and during our stay. You won't be sorry you rented this A+ property!

4-Day Vina Stay

The location is right on the beach. The view was lovely, day and night, of the shoreline, of Vina, of Valparaiso. Beautiful. The sunroom with windows that open made it more so. The decor was charming. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. (We didn't use the other bed.) The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was tricky to find the garage, and the parking spaces are narrow, but neither of those things amounted to a problem. I will definitely check the availability of this apartment if we return to Vina.

Tired & desperately needed renovations -

Fantastic view and location Such a shame property is so old and worn out. Bathrooms disgusting with holes and grot! Kitchen so old and worn out the smell from cupboards revolting. Even the bed linen looks like was original with the old property. This place needs a full renovation fresh paint and hole filler wouldn’t even get you a start.

We are not a hotel, nor are we accommodation professionals, this is Vrbo and we open the doors to visitors like you, so your comment is really a shame, since the apartment is as shown in the pictures, no more no less. In Viña del Mar there are many accommodation alternatives, if you were looking for something more modern, you should have looked for an alternative that suited more to your taste and less to your budget. Incredible View and great location

As for location, this place was terrific. It was the first in a row of tall buildings allowing you to have an unobstructed view of the shore and Valparaiso looking south. This unit is on the 19th floor. We loved the way the windows opened up very large and we spent most of our time on the veranda/balcony room off the bedroom and living room breathing the fresh air and looking at life happening along Peru Avenue and beyond. The kitchen was its own separate room which I had never seen before. There was a door to the kitchen that had to be closed to access the refrigerator which was behind it when it was open but you would want the door open for ventilation. Removing the door altogether would seem to be a better option. The condition of the unit itself was a little more worn than I had expected from the pictures but overall was very adequate for our purposes. Getting in and out of the building was easy and secure and you could walk to almost everything. We chose Uber to get around the city and to see Valparaiso. Again, the location is perfect for walking or Ubering. Also, it is right next door to Tierra del Fuego Restaurant which is excellent and where we ate several dinners right on the water. All in all, very, very enjoyable.

What a View!

The pictures don't lie -- this 19th floor apartment is steps from the ocean in Vina del Mar and has an eye-watering view of the ocean and Valparaiso. The owners were responsive, the building staff was cordial and helpful, and our 8-day stay was great.
