Welcome to our Little Beach House, you can come to our house summer and winter.
It is located 300 meters from the beach, 800 meters from the city center, put the car and do everything on foot!
60 sqm independent, you can park the car in the garden.
Living area with open modern kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven) fireplace and parquet floor.
Large room with bed 200 x 200
Small room upstairs with bed 90 and 140 bed and toys for children.
Shower room with washing machine and dryer.
Separate WC.
Veranda for storing beach equipment and bicycles.
Garden without vis-à-vis with garden table and wooden bench, barbecue on 280 m2.
Ideal house for 4 people (possible 5 people only if child).
Closed and secure garden. Quiet and relaxing family.


This house is not a rental house but our house we are looking for respectful tenants.


Non-smoker inside. Animals not accepted
Unfortunately our house can not be suitable for a person with reduced mobility because different levels.
Cot available on request.

Terms of payment: 30% of the total amount on booking and the balance 1 month before your arrival. Also provide at the time of your reservation, a deposit check of 250 € (damage and late cancellation: less than 1 month before your arrival date).


Duvets and pillows provided. Rental cloth, towels, tea towels € 10 per person.
Dolce-Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, deep fryer, dishwashing liquid, sponge, vacuum cleaner, drying rack.
Possibility cleaning at the end of stay for 30 € (plan in advance).
