I am an IT manger who work and live in London, UK. I am originally Egyptian, and I bought this beautiful place as a family gateway, and I rent it for people who loves to be in a Hotel environment without feeling that you are tourist.

Why they chose this property

The compound where the apartment is located is inside a resort with a large 4*+ hotel.
The compound contains privately owned villas and apartments, comes at the beginning of the resort near the main gate and the outside where many shops and public transports are 5 minutes away, also 5 minutes walk to the hotel entrance, and 10 minutes from the beach taking the advantages of the services the hotel provide such as 24/7 security, outside cleaning, and option food, bars and services.
Our part of the compound has five villas surrounding the large swimming pool where you find similar interest residents who are mainly coming to enjoy the quite and relaxing environment and fare enough from the noise of the hotel.
The property has the advantage of free access of the sea and beach.

The Hotel is one of the active and lively in the area, it has good location directly on the sea with a long way to the deeper water, the hotel offer very good quality good prices, it also has an aqua park, and night shows, as well as kids club, and spa sauna, and massage services.
