4th floor apartment (no lift) on a little village in the country side of Palermo. very good location 20 minutes by train to the biggest city of Palermo and Cefalu. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes drive to sandy beach. Lots of restaurant with fresh local fish. The new construction is furnished with new furniture and is every comfort. Near by you can find supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, boat rentals and places to relax.
