Tops'l's Beach Manor 1206 is one of our favorite units in the building and is one of our guest's favorites, too! You are greeted by a remodeled, spacious kitchen and dining area as soon as you walk in which opens up to the warm blues and greens of the gulf waters. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics that you need for a delicious dinner indoors. Welcome the salty beach air by relaxing in your beachfront living room or watch your favorite sport's team on the huge living room TV (also has surround sound!) This unit has such a special feature of being able to take in the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tops'l Wildlife Preserve - without all the high-rise buildings. You can also look north to the calm bay waters.



The master suite has a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and even an entrance to the balcony! A large private master bathroom is perfect with a shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom offers a queen and twin bed, and access to the guest bathroom. The addition of the twin sofa sleeper in the living area allows this condo to sleep six people comfortably. The owners have also provided a washer and dryer.


The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Beach Manor building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your east allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

Our area is filled with many things to do – you will never be bored! From annual wine festivals, weekly fireworks, movie nights, to live bands and entertainment, there is a little something for everyone to enjoy. Visit Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf, the huge Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or Grand Boulevard just down the street. The Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village are a quick drive away and offer amazing places to shop, a marina, and perfect spots to catch a sunset after a long day on the beach.
