ATYPICAL VILLAGE HOUSE WITH PATIO AND TERRACE IN DRÔME PROVENÇALE SUMMER 2020

Atypical village house, the former village bistro has been completely renovated into a main house, comfortable keeping the charm of the old, its bar counter, its windows and its high ceiling (3.70 m). The large room has been converted into living room and lounge. It is extended by a large room of 17 m2 with a double bed of 180 cm or 2 single beds of 90 cm. This room overlooks a patio, an oasis where you can have a BBQ and enjoy your meals. This patio is on the same level as the kitchen, a few steps above the living room. On the upper floor, you will find a second bedroom of 19 m2 with a double bed of 160 cm and a sofa, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, two washbasin and toilet, a desk where you can put your computer and a beautiful terrace with its garden furniture protected by an electric blind.

It is a house where everyone can live at ease while preserving their privacy while having fun to gather around a table. The street and the happy life of the inhabitants is present if you want to participate, but double glazing protects you if you dream of calm and solitude.

This house has two terraces, one joining the kitchen for outdoor dining, the other upstairs allows naps or sunbathing.
