Charming house with private pool, not shared near Vaison la Romaine

New luxury rental in the small village of Saint Maurice sur Eygues just 12 kms from Vaison la Romaine and 10 kms from Nyons.
The house enjoys a clear view facing Mont Ventoux. The latter built in 2014, has all the necessary equipment for your comfort such as air conditioning, internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, with a capacity of 6 people. You will also appreciate its big terrace in the shade of its pergola and more particularly, its swimming pool of 8.5 mx 4 m with flat bottom (having a space whirlpool on the stairs) and reassured for the children. The latter is for your exclusive use (shared with no one else, you are the only residents on the property).
You will enjoy a very comfortable house, very intimate, not overlooked, clean and neat, not the owner.
The animals are accepted, the ground is entirely closed.
Reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday.

Perfect located quiet home with pool

It's a very nice house, clean and well equiped.The only thing we didn't like was the bed, it's hard and bumpy.

Logement tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Très jolie piscine en excellent état. Terrain totalement clôturé, idéal pour notre petit chien. Quartier très calme. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Magnifiquement situé, idéal pour le chien, très belle maison

Village accueillant avec une très bonne boulangerie. Idéal pour des randonnées, surtout avec le chien. Infrasctructure propre et soignée. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Il n'y a que le soleil qui était aux abonnés absents.

Schönes zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus

Schöner Aufenthalt in sauberem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann sofort wunderschöne Spaziergänge starten. Im Garten blickt man auf den Mont Ventoux. Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Une superbe semaine !

Charmante petite maison, bien décorée , hygiène irréprochable . La piscine est magnifique ! Le jardin est clôturé , idéal lorsque l’on est accompagné de son chien. Nous avons eu une semaine avec des températures qui frôlaient les 40 degrés, la climatisation est vraiment un plus . Le propriétaire est très réactif aux messages et sympathique . Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Schönes einfaches Haus

Es war alles prima. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass die Matratzen mal ausgetauscht gehören, da diese durchgelegen sind.

Propriétaire sympathique charmante petite maison avec belle piscine avec tous ce qu’il faut très propre Petit bémol pas de petite terrasse dans le village pour boire un verre en soirée et la boulangerie 🥖 fermé pendant notre séjour donc faire 7km pour aller chercher du pain dommage ☹️ Une rivière à proximité très calme village paisible

Nice and relaxed place to stay

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Ein gut ausgestattetes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Häuschen mit schönem Garten und privatem Pool. Vor dem Haus ist ausreichend Platz um Auto, Anhänger und Motorrad abzustellen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ziele für Touren mit Fahrrad, Auto und Motorrad. Da kann man gut entspannen, gerne wieder mal in Zukunft.

Un excellent séjour

Nous sommes partis avec ma compagne et nos 2 petits chiens pour une semaine. Un accueil chaleureux nous attendait ainsi que cette superbe maison avec jardin et piscine. Endroit calme avec beaucoup d’activités différentes à faire aux alentours et de beaux paysages. Je recommande fortement !
