About this property

Air-conditioned detached villa with private heated pool and balneotherapy

New luxury villa amandine
 95 m2, in the village of mirabel baronies just 8 km from Vaison la Romaine and 8 km from Nyons.
The house is in the heart of the village with its small shops.(doctor, pharmacy, post office, restaurant, grocery store, bar, tobacco ...
The latter built in 2019, has all the necessary equipment for your comfort such as air conditioning in all rooms, internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, with a capacity of 8 people. The house consists of two bedrooms with double bed and en-suite shower room and a large master suite with its en-suite bathroom equipped with a balneotherapy bath. You will also appreciate its big terrace in the shade of its pergola and more particularly, its swimming pool of 7. 5 m x 4 m with flat bottom (having a space whirlpool on the stairs) and reassured for the children. The latter is for your exclusive use (shared with no one else, you are the only residents on the property).
You will enjoy a very comfortable house, very intimate, clean and neat.
A petanque ground adjoining the house is at your disposal.
The animals are accepted, the ground is entirely closed.
Reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday.

Mooi huis ,parkeren wel wat verderop maar parking ok,2 aanwezige badkamers,deze zijn in orde.Mooi zwembad,goed werkende keuken en airco.Heeeel rustig dorpje met bakker,winkeltje,caffeetje en restaurantje.Huis baadt in alle rust enkel geluid van de krekels,vogeltjes en de mooie klokkentoren.Goede uitvalsbasis .Leuk verblijf met correcte eigenaars

Modern ausgestattete Villa in romantischem Mittelalter-Dorf.

Kleine aber feine Villa, sehr modern ausgestattet, mit super Pool-Anlage und allem was den Urlaub angenehm macht! Sehr aufmerksamer und netter Vermieter, der sich sofort kümmert, wenn mal etwas klemmt. Das romantische Mittelalter Dorf, ist ein echter Geheimtip für Provence Fans, es bietet den typischen Flair mit engen Gassen und verträumten Hinterhöfen, aber auch allem Komfort wie Bäckerrei, kl. Supermarkt, Dorfkneipe... Die Einheimischen sind sehr nett und leben eine echte Willkommenskultur gegenüber. Ein unverbindlicher Besuch zur Verkostung beim Winzer nebenan ist ein muss für Liebhaber handgemachter Cru Rotweine der Cote du Rhone. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch die Einbettung in eine ausnehmend tolle Natur, umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen, Bachtälern mit Kiesbetten und Schilfwiesen bis hinauf in die Hügel mit Weinfeldern und weiter in die angrenzenden Mittelgebirge - Eldoraros für Wanderfans, Mountain-Biker und Rennrad-Enthusiasten. In der Nähe befinden sich weitere kulturelle Highlights der Provence, wie Nyon oder gar Vaison la Romain... Vielen Dank an Hevré und Team!

Mooie vakantiewoning

Mooie en nog redelijk nieuwe vakantiewoning. Zwembad is verwarmd, wat zeker in het voorjaar erg prettig is. Het plaatsje Mirabel aux Baronnies is een leuk, klein plaatsje. Jammer dat er geen restaurant is waar je 's avonds kunt eten. Maar in het nabijgelegen Nyons en Vaison la Romaine zijn voldoende leuke restaurants. De beheerder van het huis is zeer behulpzaam. Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke week!

Komfortables Haus im Dorf

Dieses Haus mit Privat- und Whilrlpool ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. In der Umgebung kann man gut Velofahren oder Biken. Ende Saison fehlten einige Küchenutensilien. (Nur 2 Rotweingläser, Bratschaufel fehlt, Korkenzieher defekt...; die Dusche war total verkalkt) Alles in allem aber eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

La maison est tres confortable et moderne, tout etait la.

Il y A aucun probleme pour garer les voitures. Nous avons fait beaucoup avec le velo. Aussi le mont Ventoux. Le village est pittoresque er il y a un Boucherie, boulangerie, un magasin et restaurant.

conforme a nos attentes avec quelques désagrements

un petit bémol pente pour accéder a la location désagréable, cumulus dans la chambre parental dans le placard ce qui ne laisse aucun moyen de pendre ses vetements .manque pas mal d'ustensile de cuisine, séparation des chambre par les portes coulissantes donnant dans la salle de bain laisse passer trop la lumière manque de luminosité obligé d'allumer en plein jour coté cuisine

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle maison. Tout est neuf, c’est une maison très agréable à vivre. Il faisait très chaud et la climatisation a été plus que nécessaire et appréciée. Nous étions accompagnés de notre petit garçon de 1 an qui pouvait circuler facilement dans toute la maison (très peu de choses où il pouvait se blesser ou qu’il pouvait casser). Le village est très calme mais avec le juste nécessaire : boulangerie, petit bar et petit supermarché à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Ein tolles Haus! Der Vermieter supernett. Grosser Pool im geschlossenen Garten und Whirlpool fuer zwei Personen in einem der Badezimmer. Was will man mehr. Zwei gute Baecker und ein Lebensmittelgeschaeft mit Frischkaesetheke im Ort Mirabel. Tolle Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten im nahen Vaison. Schoene Ausflugsziele, wie Gordes, das schoenste Dorf Frankreichs, in der Naehe. Haus und Ausstattung neu.

Séjour très agréable. Maison décorée avec goût et soins, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le temps nous a permis de faire beaucoup d'activités. Vtt , randonnées, pétanque , et nous avons peu faire notre 1er barbecue de l'année 2019. Merci beaucoup à Amandine pour son accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons passez de très belle vacance en Provence , dans cette maison toute neuve. La maison est très bien décorée et très confortable. Le terrain est entièrement clos , pour notre petit chien c était impératif. Nous reviendrons cet été pour profiter de la piscine.
