Roaix - charming place

Very friendly host, nice house and lovely quiet garden close to a small river. The supermarket and butcher is at walking distance. Beautiful environment!

Relaxing stay in a charming village

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable gite. Well equipped kitchen and lovely outside space with dining table and barbecue, plenty of seating and a mature garden. Parking available in garage next to the house which is very convenient. The upstairs bedrooms were air-conditioned which was very welcome in the hot weather. Vaison was only a short drive away and Roaix is a good location to visit many of the pretty villages close by. Chantal, the owner was extremely helpful and was always on hand to answer any queries we had.

Nice and quiet location. Lovely enclosed garden with plenty of space and privacy. The house is neat and fully equipped. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Upstairs, comfortable beds and a shower, and the air conditioning keeps it nice and cool at night. A convenient garage for the car and bike. A bakery, a small supermarket, and a good restaurant are within walking distance. We were welcomed by Chantal, our hostess, who quickly made us feel at home. A great location to escape the hustle and bustle, yet everything is close by. Beautiful cycling area with a view of the Ventoux (which is, of course, easily accessible!) and beautiful tourist spots nearby. We will definitely be back!Sandra & Hans

Lovely House

This house is located near to Vaison/Séguret etc. we had a little issue with finding it and our car didn’t fit in the garage, so we parked in nearest car park. We do have a long car. The house has two bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. Also a bathroom with shower and downstairs toilet. All spotlessly clean Kitchen is well equipped for a holiday home. We were very comfortable and garden was also very nice. Only issue we had was the washing machine.

Wir haben im Sommer zwei Wochen im Haus von Chantal verbracht. Das Haus ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber das macht seinen Charme gerade aus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern Gold wert. Der verwunschene kleine Garten ist schattig, so dass man sich auch an heißen Tagen gut draußen aufhalten kann. Die Kommunikation mit Chantal war sehr freundlich und sie hat immer sehr schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert. Wir können allen die ältere lokale Häuser modernen Ferienanlagen vorziehen, einen Urlaub bei Chantal wärmstens empfehlen.

Excellent accueil de Chantal, maison propre et fort bien équipée, climatisation dans la chambre appréciée par forte chaleur.Terrasse à l'ombre et jardin très agréables, une plancha est à disposition.Garage et buanderie pratiques pour ranger voiture et vélo, machine à laver à disposition.Commerces de proximité à Roaix, le village est également très proche de Vaison la romaine.Maison bien située pour visiter les jolis villages aux alentours (Haut Vaucluse et Drôme provençale) ainsi pour que les randonnées et le vélo.Nous conservons l'adresse et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern einen tollen Aufenthalt in Roaix. Gemütliches Häuschen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Direkter Zugang von der Küche zur Terrasse, wo wir selbst im April schon schön geschützt frühstücken konnten. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an der Dorfstraße, auf der aber nicht viel los ist und dank des Hofcharakters von Terrasse und Garten bekommt man davon nicht viel mit. Fußläufig sind Bäcker und Supermarkt (mit Metzger) zu erreichen sowie ein Restaurant mit Mittagstisch direkt nebenan. Perfekte Ausgangslage für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Von der Vermieterin wurden wir sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit Tipps versorgt. Herzlichen Dank!

Geschmackvolles Haus in abwechslungsreicher Gegend

Schön und schlicht eingerichtet, viele Unterschiedliche Ausflugsziele in der Region. Sehr gut Ausgestattet, schöner Garten mit Schaukel. Leider kein Zugang zum Fluss und an der Hauptstraße gelegen - da Roaix ein kleines Dorf ist, ist dort aber nicht allzu viel los.

Effectivement il n’est pas possible d’accéder à la rivière par le jardin, ce qui est bien précisé au départ. Mais il existe d’autres accès tout au long du cours d’eau, qui par ailleurs n’offre peu d’intérêt en fin d’été car son volume est trop bas et donc pas baignable. Quant à la situation de la maison, il y a peu d’interférence avec la route et les occupants s’y trouvent généralement au calme, d’après toutes les appréciations reçues. J’espère malgré votre commentaire que vous avez passé un bon séjour à la Petite Jeanne comme vous sembliez me le dire à votre départ. Bien cordialement. Chantal

Très agréable séjour dans une région où il y a de multiples centres d'intéret

Après les sorties (ferme aux crocodiles, le Naturoptère, les fouilles archéologiques, mini golf, vieux villages, le Mont Ventoux, et sans oublier visite des caves...) il était bon de se retrouver au calme dans le jardin de la Petite Jeanne.

Es war ein rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus war superschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten idyllisch und sehr gepflegt. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Vaison la Romaine, Nyons, Schloss Grignan, Lavendelfelder, Orange, Les dentelles de montmirail....Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. La petite Jeanne

Nous avons joui de notre séjour à La petite Jeanne. Une maison de vacances qui mérite de l'être. Très bien equipée et agréablement meublée. Avec des belles oeuvres d'art au mur. Sur la terrasse nous avons profité du soleil et du jardin printanier avec ces belles fleurs. Pendant les oiseaux et les grenouilles nous ont offert une belle music de fond. Schönes Ferienhaus - la belle petite Jeanne

Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen Ende September in La Petite Jeanne verbracht. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist genial für Ausflüge nach Vaison La Romaine und die umgebende Weinregion. Aber auch der Mont Ventoux, Orange und Carpentras, sind gut zu erreichen. Das Haus und der Garten entsprechen absolut den Fotos und sind im Herbst wunderbar. Für einen heißen Sommer wäre ein Pool genial. Der Kontakt zu Chantal Schneider war herzlich und vertrauensvoll. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à la Petite Jeanne. Pour deux personnes la maison est parfaitement équipée. La maison et le jardin correspondent absolument aux photos et sont parfait en autonome. Pour in été chaud, une piscine serait géniale. Le contact avec Chantal Schneider a été chaleureux et confiant. Nous recommandons vivement La Petite Jeanne.

Cocon à l'abris du vent et des fortes chaleurs.

Maison rénovée intérieurement tous confort, le charme d'un extérieur suffisamment ombragé. Accueil bienveillant. Dommage qu'on ne distingue plus la rivière depuis l'habitation.
