Charming cottage in old character farm near Vaison la Romaine.

The cottage, classified 2 stars, is located in an independent part of an old farm of character, property of our family for several generations. On the first floor of a small stone building, the cottage was completely restored in 2012 in respect of the Provencal architectural tradition (plasters, lime, light colors, insulation and natural ventilation) and combines comfort, calm, charm and relaxation. At the center of an agricultural and wooded area, authentic and preserved, the place is conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation.

The cottage consists of two rooms and a bathroom.
The living area (18 m2) includes a fully equipped kitchen, a table and two chairs, a Bz sofa, storage areas and a TV.
The bedroom (15 m2) includes a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a valet, a chair and a fan on foot in summer.
The bathroom (3 m2) includes a shower, a basin and toilets.

A secure annex room of 6 m2, houses a washing machine and can store bicycles or other equipment.

Outside, you can enjoy a vast area lined with olive trees.

Parking in the property, near the cottage.

Sheets, towels and towels provided.
End of stay cleaning included but the places and everything in them must be left in correct condition.
Heating not included for the months of May to September included, if use, payment at the end of the stay.
Electric vehicle charging not included. Recharging can only be done after agreement with the owner and will be subject to the payment of a supplement.
A deposit will be requested upon arrival.

The owners, Frédéric and Suzanne, from Provence, will welcome you with pleasure. They will share the love of their region (places and local products). Frédéric, an organic olive grower, produces olive oil of the tench variety (black olive of Nyons). Direct sale to the property.
