The house is located on the top of a small hill within walking distance of the village of Sablet. The location is very peaceful and is in the heart of the rocky range of the Dentelles de Montmirail, very close to the famous vineyards of Gigondas. The view from the house is spectacular, overlooking the Dentelles and the beautiful villages of Sablet and Seguret. The house offers exceptional comfort with a very large living/dining room with panoramic view, four large bedrooms all en-suite and air-conditioning. There is a swimming-pool (dimensions are 5 x 10 meters) located in the centre of the garden bordered by olive-and pine trees. 4 stars class holiday home (CléVacances references)

Un superbe séjour !

La propriété est close et sécurisée dans un environnement naturel on ne peut plus calme, à quelques minutes du coeur du joli village de Sablet où l'on trouve notamment une boulangerie-patisserie et un magasin Proxi où qualité des produits et chaleur de l'accueil nous ont dissuadés d'aller chercher un supermarché ailleurs. Ce fut un point de départ idéal pour les sorties quotidiennes en VTT dans les Dentelles de Montmirail ou de village en village (Gigondas, Séguret, Vacqueyras,etc...) au travers des vignobles.La maison est conforme au descriptif et donc aux attentes que nous avions, parfaitement adaptée à l'accueil de 4 couples. Elle est spacieuse et lumineuse, impeccablement propre, dotée de tous les équipements souhaitables et la décoration est sobre et de bon goût. De plus, le grand garage, en communication directe avec les espaces de vie, s'est avéré très pratique pour stocker en sécurité nos 8 VTT, les porte-vélos et matos annexes, mais aussi les cartons de vin acquis au fil des caves du coin...Nous avons peu utilisé la piscine du fait de la météo parfois instable et fraîche, mais elle est belle et les vastes espaces extérieurs sont dotés de tous les équipements mobiliers nécessaires: BBQ, tables, salons de jardin, transats... Le séjour fut aussi quasi-parfait grace à l'accueil de Sandra et son conjoint, tout en chaleur humaine et disponibilité! Enfin, on a bénéficié d'un précieuse tolérance sur les horaires d'arrivée et départ grace à la bienveillance de M.Raynaud

Ein toller Urlaub in einem super Haus

Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst und wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Es gibt dort alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Alles in allem eine absolute Weiterempfehlung, gerne wieder!

Merveilleuse semaine en famille au sein d'une magnifique propriété et de sa piscine. emplacement idéal proche du centre village. Lieu de départ de bons nombres de curiosités touristiques. Le temps ensoleillé et la quiétude des lieux nous donnent envie de prolonger la semaine. Nous avons vécu dehors, soit sur la terrasse ombragée soit autour de la piscine. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de douches et il n'y a rien à dire sur la qualité de l'équipement. Un merveilleux séjour !

Een groot huis en heel keurig verzorgd Op site staat dat er airco is maar dit is niet waar. Er is vloer koeling en bij warm weer stijgt temperatuur in het huis gewoon naar 30 gr en dat is niet wat je verwacht met airco. Verder prima vakantie gehad en een heerlijk huis. AAnrader

Perfect voor 8 personen

Net huis en voorzien van alle gemakken. Bedden zijn niet van hotel kwaliteit maar is te doen. Wel een beetje kort . Verder ontbreekt het aan niets . Heerlijk huis en zwembad. Ook met slaapkamer op de beganegrond geschikt voor mindervaliden die geen trap kunnen lopen. Wel naar buiten een afstap van 15 cm!! Dus niet helemaal gelijkvloers met buiten terras

Maison très propre et très bien équipée . Extérieurs très agréable. Piscine bien sécurisée. Monsieur et madame Roudil sont très efficaces. C'est un peu difficile de devoir partir à 9h00 le samedi matin. Bon c'est à cause du ménage COVID plus long. Il y a tous les commerces indispensables à Sablet et je recommande le boucher et le miel du coin. Très belle fête du livre courant juillet.

Fijne vakantie . . .

Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. De woning is meer dan compleet ingericht en ligt in een mooie en rustige omgeving met alle voorzieningen op wandelafstand. Jammer dat we er slechts één week konden verblijven, maar een verblijf daar is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Met kleine kinderen in ons gezelschap, was de beveiligde zwembadzone absoluut een meerwaarde.

Séjour réussi.

La propriété est très agréable, la maison spacieuse, la piscine de bonne dimension sécurisée et le jardin bien entretenu. L'équipement est très complet. Il serait bien de moderniser la climatisation de l'étage qui n'est plus très performante. Une fuite à la toiture, lors d'une grosse averse, a partiellement inondé le garage sans nous causer de préjudice, seulement un peu d'inquiétude. La literie est un petit peu ferme. Nous sommes globalements satisfaits de notre séjour.

Lovely holiday in Sablet

Lovely, spacious villa, beautifully appointed with everything you need. A great welcome from Pascale and good explanations of how everything worked. We had a great holiday, enjoying the fabulous walks in the surrounding area, particularly up in the Dentelles. Sablet has all the amenities you need, including two great boulangeries, a butcher and a general store. The local cafe des sports was a lovely place to have a coffee or a beer, and also did a very good lunch menu on weekdays. Would highly recommend the local restaurant, La table de Magali, excellent food and lovely staff. Thanks for a great stay.

C'est une très belle propriété, en plus d'être fonctionnelle pour une famille de 8 personnes. Fraîche pendant la canicule grâce à la climatisation, que nous pouvions éteindre le soir pour bien dormir. La piscine a également permis de bien supporter cette canicule. Le village est charmant, à seulement 10 minutes à pied d'une boucherie, d'une excellente boulangerie et d'une épicerie où on trouve de tout. Le propriétaire est très facilement joignable pour toute question. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette propriété.

La maison est spacieuse et rien ne manque dans la location. La région est magnifique, la localisation permet de faire des randonnées à pied, à vélo . La piscine a été bien appréciée. Séjour idéal!

Nous souhaitions des retrouvailles chaleureuses en famille pour finir 2017 et débuter 2018. Une grande et confortable maison était nécessaire pour cela : notre choix a été parfait! La simplicité luxueuse de cette belle villa nous a charmés. Chaque couple avait bien sa place et son intimité. La grande pièce commune,bien chauffée et très claire, nous réunissait et nous a fait vivre de beaux moments. Nous avons pu préparer de bons repas festifs dans la belle et grande cuisine bleue. Bravo pour l'accueil et la disponibilité de Pascale! Le quartier est calme et paisible et nous avons pu garer nos 4 voitures sans problème dans la cour devant la maison. Sablet est un joli village avec d'utiles petits commerces. Mais il faut aller voir Séguret , à environ 3km à pied par de jolis chemins,magnifique village provençal. Nous reviendrons!

Maison parfaite pour un excellent séjour en famille !

La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse avec ses grandes baies vitrées, parfaitement calme, d'une propreté impeccable, confortable et extrêmement bien équipée. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de douche, ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Contrairement à d'autres locataires, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec la climatisation et le distributeur de glaçons fonctionnait. La piscine est d'une très belle taille et bien sécurisée, le jardin très agréable, et suffisamment ombragé. On peut partir de la maison à pied, soit pour aller au village de Sablet (boulangerie, boucherie, petite supérette, café, pharmacie), soit pour de magnifiques balades ou même randonnées (GR4) vers Séguret ou les Dentelles de Montmirail. Accueil charmant du propriétaire et de la personne responsable de la maison, tous 2 très disponibles. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Famille T
