Hello ! My name is Massimo.

I provide a home for those who want to travel without much pretense, as a point of support, where I can find my availability and simplicity.

The house is equipped with three single rooms which, if necessary, can become a double, with the possibility of a camping cot.

The rooms are large and bright, equipped with a desk and two wardrobes, they have a sofa. In common there is a bathroom, kitchen, laundry and outdoor spaces to relax in a green corner and characteristic Sicilian walls made of lava stone and red mortar .

So if you are the person who can share these spaces in common you are welcome.

A small but comfortable bathroom where there is a bathtub with shower. Kitchenette.

The area is located six kilometers from the Cathedral of Catania, easily reachable either by its own means of transport or by public transport which are in front of the house.
Close to motorway connections and practically in the middle of everything.

In addition, in front of the house we have supermarkets, pastry bars, tobacco shops, a pharmacy and a large beauty center for our furry friends.

We are close to Morgagni, the polyclinic and university town.

Front of the house there is free parking. Transportation service is available to and from the airport.
