The LV Premier Amoreiras AM3, a new 4-bedroom apartment, is located in a quiet building with an elevator. The unit is very spacious and has 2 suites. Clean and modern layout. Two balconies. Close to Rato, Av. Liberdade, and Marquês de Pombal. You will find beautiful gardens, restaurants, shops, Rato metro, and aqueduct nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning / heating. Carefully cleaned and sanitized.The LV Premier Amoreiras AM3 is a renovated 4-bedroom apartment, located in a building with an elevator, in a quiet neighborhood. It is situated one block from Amoreiras Garden and the historic Mãe de Agua Aqueduct. The Rato metro station is approximately 8 minutes walking distance. Marquês de Pombal Square is also a short walk away. We are about 15-20 minutes walking from Bairro Alto, passing through Príncipe Real neighborhood, which is also a destination in its own right. The Amoreiras shopping center is nearby, with many stores, restaurants, and one of its attractions is a rooftop viewpoint, the highest point in Lisbon. In addition to a spacious living area and kitchenette, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms and a social bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, and all main appliances, including a clothes dryer, large 50-inch TV, and much more. Fully equipped kitchen.Please note: Arrival between 10 PM and 8 AM - supplement of 60 euros. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Public parking can be found 3 minutes walking distance. When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of beds, we offer folding beds or a sofa bed. Quiet lovely neighborhood

Had my teens and older parents with Menon this trip. Nice accommodations for everyone, loved the park and coffee shop nearby, market and public transportation close too

A gem in the heart of Lisbon

Texas in Lisbon

We had a wonderful time. Laura helped us with check in and gave us a list of sites to visit and places to eat. This apartment is in a great location with excellent restaurants nearby. We found the absolutely charming park down the street and spent lots of time walking around it and drinking coffees, beer, and wine.

Very spacious, clean property in a great part of town. Restaurants, gym and supermarket nearby. A tech problem arose during our visit and was handled quickly and fully. The master bedroom can be a bit loud if the neighbor decides to do laundry, but rest of the bedrooms were quiet. Perfect for our family of teens.

Fantastic Large Apartment in Lisbon

We arrived and check—in was a breeze, the manager met us at the apartment early so we did not need to store our luggage at their office. The major stand out is how clean the property is, spotless! What a welcome surprise. The apartment itself is large and well furnished, the beds are comfortable and it worked well with our adult children and son-in-law. The host was accommodating when we needed to make a lay minute schedule change due to illness and checked on us wishing our group a speedy recovery. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment was lovely -- it was well decorated and had so much natural light. We were all very comfortable there. We had some minor issues with the bathrooms working but they were resolved within hours by the excellent property manager, Laura. She was so incredibly helpful in getting everything fixed and settled, and even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations (Kaffeehaus was delicious!). Check-in and check-out were super smooth and the apartment was well-stocked for anyone staying there. They seemed to think of everything! Highly recommend it if you're staying in Lisboa.

First time in Lisboa!

This property was exactly as pictured and described. It suited the needs of my group of 6 women. Laura was easy to communicate with and she went above to separate 2 of the beds for us since we had 4 people sharing the 2 suites. We really appreciated that because I had forgotten to request that at the onset of the reservation. The apartment is filled with light and everything we needed. There was some construction in the building that we were not aware of but since we were out during the day, it didn't bother us too much. All in all, a great property and worth the $$ charged. Would stay here again.

Ok but not as good as reviews says

Pictures are not accurate. 2 of the showers couldn’t be used together. Main room with some other furniture not reflected in the pictures. There was a strong smell in the bathroom that was solved by the manager. The showers couldn’t be solved. It was very hard to get hot water in one of them, if other was is use. It is a 3 stars stay.

You are correct that the three showers work better if not used at the same time - the pressure is decreased when the three are working simultaneously. Smells- we could not replicate the smells. C'est appréciable d'être accueilli par un hôte qui expliquait le fonctionnement de l'appartement et des conseils sur divers services environnements pour se garer, manger et des endroits à visiter. Très bel appartement spacieux et décoré avec balcon, très propre. Nous avons séjournés à 8 et avons passés de bons moments. La situation géographique est parfaite car cela nous a permis de visiter le centre de ville de Lisbonne à pied. Un grand merci à ANTONIO pour les divers conseils.

This was a classic 'save the best for last' on our journey. Perfect place for 3 single gals who were working while on vacation. Beautiful apartment with 4 bedrooms - 1 that we used as a yoga studio! LOL! Next time we will stay longer - great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood.
