Ponent is a beautiful and spacious apartment for 2 people in the Port of Sóller. It is located in a very quiet street 12 minutes walk from the center of Puerto de Sóller. Within 50 meters there are some restaurants.

The apartment offers a double room with the latest generation ceiling fan, perfect for summer and electric heating for the colder months. Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The living room consists of satellite TV.

On the terrace we find a small pool (1.2m x 2.2m deep pool) shared with an apartment more than 2 people.

The terrace area is spectacular thanks to the views of the sea and the famous lighthouse of Puerto de Sóller.

schöne moderne Wohnung mit Meerblick und Steilküste

Schöne kleine Wohnung direkt am Steilhang von Port de Soller. Es gibt zwei schöne kleine Terrassen - eine zum Berg hin mit Sonne am Morgen und eine zum Meer hin mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen am Abend. Das Meer ist relativ laut und häufig war es auf der Meerterrasse sehr windig - das ist halt etwas für Menschen, die das Meer gern haben. Die Küche ist etwas minimalistisch, aber es hat alles was man braucht, incl. drei unterschiedlichen Kaffeemaschinen. Badezimmer neu und modern mit Dusche, keine Badewanne. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Eine schöne Wohnung mit fantastischen Ausblicken!

Wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer !!!! einfach eine tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, aber die Möbel und Küchenausstattung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir hatten dennoch einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub dort, würde wieder dort hin fahren, die Agentur hat sich um alle Fragen sehr gut gekümmert.

Berge und Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Tramuntana-Gebirge, außerdem direkt am Meer. Alles hat gut geklappt, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
