On the ground floor you will find a double room and a full bathroom, while on the upper floor is located the bright master bedroom with balcony and views of the pool, a second exterior double room with built-in wardrobe and a second full bathroom.



The 100 m² property offers relaxing views of the garden and the mountain, perfect for families with children, who can be comfortably monitored from the living room or the porch. Air conditioning and heat pump heating ensure comfort throughout the year, and free WiFi will keep you connected at all times.



The house is located in a quiet rural area suitable for children, with a fenced plot, garden furniture, terrace, fireplace, barbecue and outdoor parking in the same building. The open kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, so you won't miss anything.
