Experience the typical Parisian lifestyle in this cosy, fully furnished and newly refurbished studio, located in a very nice area of the 17th arondissement of Paris. Walking distance away from famous places such as the Opera Garnier, The sacré Coeur and the Champs-Elysées among many others, you will enjoy the area for its numerous restaurants, bakeries, pastries shop, wine shop, cheese shop and many other shops & markets just at the corner of your building.
The nearest metro station (Villiers Line 3) is just 2 minutes walking distance away.
You will equally appreciate the well-known Parc Morceau some walking distance away.
The studio is located at the 5th floor accessible by lift. It can accommodate up to 4 people sharing a double murphy bed and a sofa bed that turn into bunks bed (2).
The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your own foods. The toilette and shower room are in the studio.
There are a Wifi connection and TV.
Hair dryer, linen & towels are provided.
