We invite you stay at our beautifully refurbished Victorian garden apartment, just seconds from the seafront and a short stroll from west St Leonards train station. With Grosvenor gardens on your doorstep and a beautiful promenade walk along to Hastings town, a better seaside holiday apartment will be hard to find.

Looking for a stylish and well-equipped beachside retreat? Look no further than this beautifully decorated apartment! The bespoke modern fitted kitchen with original Victorian tiled floor is fully equipped to cook up a storm and even has a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The opulent living/dining room is flooded with light from the French doors and double window, featuring luxurious sofas, a large flat screen smart TV, and access to a Southeast facing courtyard garden. A comfortable sofa bed is available for larger parties. The bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and the contemporary shower room is perfect for starting your day off right before exploring East Sussex.

When you arrive at 10 Grosvenor Gardens there are steps leading down to the front door of the property and there is a key safe located just to the side of the door.

All of our properties are self-check in, however we will send all guests our contact details should they need us during their stay.

The closest train station is West St Leonards, which is approximately a 8 minute walk to the property.

There is plenty of free parking outside the property and just around the corner on the seafront.
