Decorated in an opulent eclectic style, the interior has comfortable furniture with a dining table with modern appliances.in the kitchen and bathroom.
Enter onto the first floor to a private apartment with stunning views over the sea from a floor to ceiling bay, sash window in the main sitting room (and also from the bedroom) The bay window has full length silk embroidered curtains for privacy in the evenings.
An original iron balcony is set with a table for two for breakfast or to watch the sunsets over the pier and ocean (blankets provided)
An open plan kitchen leads off from the sitting room complete with modern cooking appliances. A pantry of essentials is included for breakfasts and late arrival necessities.
A double bedroom with direct sea views from the bed is entered from the hall or the sitting room via tall antique panelled doors.
The shower room is also entered from the sitting room. complete with towels and bathing essentials.

Fabulous visit to Hastings

The property is so eclectic we kept finding new things to admire throughout our stay Kimberley was a great host staying in touch before and throughout our stay Will be back again

Beautiful eclectic little flat in a great location

Beautiful eclectic little flat in a great location with easy access to downtown shopping and restaurants (and The Goat Ledge Cafe!! :-)). Seamless, easy flat access and checkin process. There are lot of amenities and shared use items Friendly and responsive owner. Great views of the channel and Hastings pier. Flat is located on a fairly busy road with some traffic sound (mostly during the day). Love the small balcony for relaxing with a glass of your favorite. Highly recommend.

Great apartment with view of the sea

A really interesting apartment with a fantastic sea view. It's decorated in a unique style and is very comfortable. Situated between Hastings and St Leonard's right on the sea front, so ideal for all the local attractions. Well stocked with essentials. Everything you need for a short or longer stay. Would highly recommend.
