The accommodation is situated in a very convenient location, thirty meters from the sea, a few steps away, the famous Ortigia market at 100 meters, in a wonderful Ronco there is a small house immersed in tranquility, where you can take refuge after exploring the historic center. Totally renovated and equipped with every comfort, you will feel pampered at home, you will find everything you need around you. The house is easily accessible, is located on the ground floor, very bright, totally new, there is an independent entrance, a living area with a comfortable kitchen, from which you can access the inner courtyard where you can have breakfast or a dinner under the stars. Continuing you will find a room with sofa bed and TV area, also from here you can access the courtyard, a large bedroom divided by a window and a comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine.
