Villa Formosa is located in Sao Pedro do Estoril. The House is surrounded by a high stone wall. Its construction resembles the typical Portuguese mansions of the late 19th century near the ocean side.

Villa Formosa - the space - The main entrance on the ground floor is made through the main garden by a long porch, decorated with 18th century tiles, which can also be used as a nice dining room, with access to another porch. The main porch leads to a living room with a fireplace. The dining room provides you with access to the kitchen and the backyard. On the same floor there are 2 rooms (each one with a bathroom).
The first floor has 4 bedrooms; one of which, a large suite with a full bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. 3 bedrooms share 1 big bathroom and living room with access to the attic. The attic, is used as another living area with a nice view of the Sintra Mountain

Lovely house and stay in a great area

We had a great stay at the house which is very large and has a lovely outside area to relax in. The location is perfect to explore Cascais, Sintra and Lisbon since each is about 20 minutes from the house max. The area is walkable and has several restaurants and cafes nearby. It's also very quiet at night Filipe was very easy to contact and was very friendly and kind. The house has a cool history and overall we would stay there again. Thanks for everything!
