Your review is clearly exaggerated and does not reflect the real condition of the apartment nor the experience provided. Immediately after check-in, you requested a partial refund, which was refused due to the lack of valid justification. Unfortunately, your review appears to be directly influenced by that refusal. The heavy rain situation in Lisbon was exceptional and outside of anyone’s control. Despite this, support was provided during the stay, along with flexibility for luggage, early check-in, and late check-out. The apartment description, photos, layout, staircase, and neighborhood are all visible before booking, so these complaints are neither surprising nor hidden information. We accept fair and honest criticism, but we do not accept distorted reviews written with the apparent intention of damaging the property after a refund request was denied.

Regarding the towels, we truly wish you had informed us during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to replace them immediately.
