Comfortable Stockbridge location. Wonderful location for either walking around the community or catching Uber to farther away visits. Easy walk to Botanic Gardens and Leith water walk. Large apartment, very light, comfortable to stay in. Would stay here again.
The management was very responsive and answered any requests/questions right away. The space is so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The bed was comfy. Be sure to keep the shower on “eco” to get an even flow of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location is great. Someone had put a review on that the place was tired I would say the place is exhausted. The cleaners did well to make the place spotless but the standard of the accommodation with its fixtures, fittings and furnishings was in my opinion just a step up from student accommodation. The entrance had no lights so we had to use our phones for light to see in as we arrived in the evening. The lobby is a dumpling ground for unwanted furniture. Not welcoming for a holiday. Its a shame as Edinburgh is a fantastic city to visit.
Furniture and fittings not as we had expected based on the description/ photo.
The shower provided very poor flow and the temperature was difficult to adjust and maintain.
Overall, however, we generally satisfied with the accommodation.

The apartment was adequate at best. DANGEROUS lack of lighting in the lobby - I emailed three times and was told the lights were working properly! Random abandoned furniture in the lobby. Only one of the two keys provided worked on the front door of the townhouse. No rug in living room. Terrible / mismatched artwork - cheapest thrift buys? Unfinished patching, broken tiles and mold in the bathroom. About 8 turns of the faucet handle for the sink water to run. Mismatched glasses (mostly tiny), cups (only 2!), dishes and flatware. Only one burner worked on gas stove - hand lit. The dishwasher, washing machine and toaster did work properly. Nice eat-in kitchen otherwise. Overall, an adequate apartment for a couple of students.

Feedback on the apartment
Good afternoonSorry there was no email address on there to send to.The apartment was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. However the Dining Chairs are broken and the seats are coming apart so not able to sit at these. Unfortunately the sofa and chair are so low down it was difficult to get out of these. The lampshade is torn inside and not clean, all the light shades were thick with dust. The curtains did not meet and broken at the top, the curtains were ripped in the middle. I understand these are old but they are so badly stained at the bottom and don't smell particularly nice. The coffee table was stained with coffee rings, the wallpaper is all coming loose behind and on top of the radiators, the paint is coming off the top of the table, masses amount of very ugly crude siliconing around the shower, tiles loose in the bathroom behind the toilet and not grouted down, pictures in the shower room very shabby, dust on around the extractor fan on the wall, holes very apparent again not finished where the towel rail once was, kitchen units badly marked, the cheapest instant coffee available, only 2 toilet rolls for 3.5 days which was adequate but really would have been nice to have another if needed. This was purchased and put in place. I found the whole place incredibly shabby and looked like it had been kitted out by a charity shop. This is very overpriced. I understand it was an increased price due to the Edinburgh Fringe but this was ridiculous for there. Thanks
Spacious, comfortable apartment. Very pleasant walk into town
Lovely spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and pillows.
A little tatty in places but very clean. needs a few essentials adding in the kitchen like wine glasses , a small sharp knife. Window in bedroom very drafty.
