"Heraklion's Heart" is one of the newest, most trendy and attractive apartments in the historical center of this lovely town. Totally renovated to the highest standard and located right on the pedestrian area, just a few steps away from facilities of any kind, this comfortable holiday home is set to impress. Wether you are looking for a short city break, or a longer holiday, you will be surprised by the space, quality and comfort of this apartment! With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge, this apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4/6 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors.

Inside, the apartment is set over 2 floors and has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cooking rings, fridge/freezer, etc) opening straight to a lovely balcony (overlooking the alley and the Venetian Fountain Morosini) as well as a shower room. The double sofa bed in the lounge can easily accommodate 2 extra guests. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are 2 comfortable double bedrooms as well as a family shower room. For the comfort of our guests, the whole house is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).

grosse fuite d'eau rendant l'appartement à la limite de l'habitabilité

tout très bien... sauf le réveil avec une inondation connue du propriétaire, venant du toit. il pleut dans l'appartement, dans la salle de bain, et dans l'escalier, le rendant dangereux ! et louer un appartement sans papier toilette... on avait pas encore vu cela...

Perfect Location

Once you find parking, this is the absolute perfect place to stay in Heraklion. You are in the middle of the best part of town and have a wonderful balcony to look over it all. Parking wasn't difficult to find and then it was just a quick walk to the home. Thank you so much for having us!
