Frontline two bedroom corner apartment with unspoilt views of the beach and sea. The apartment comes with full air conditioning, two full bathrooms, master bedroom with patio doors opening on to the balcony and good sized lounge also with patio doors leading on to the balcony. The balcony has sun loungers, dining furniture and has views of the beach, sea and the small fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa.



Located in the very popular beachfront complex of Los Granados de la Duquesa. The complex has very well maintained manicured gardens, a large lagoon style swimming pool ideal for smaller children, underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina, both of which have a good selection of bars and restaurants.

Todo en general muy bueno.

Todo en general muy bueno, piso muy grande, luminoso, muy bien situado, estancia muy buena. La mejora está en la limpieza y cuidado del inmueble. Sin llegar a ser un mal aspecto, pero es donde se puede mejorar. Piso estaba limpio, pero mejorable. Hemos estado en días en los que hacía frío, las mantas de las camas, están un poco sucias, se recomienda, lavarlas bien o cambiarlas por nuevas.

A superbly positioned apartment and brilliant service from the Duquesa Estates team

Position, size and great service. Parts of the apartment were rather dated such as the outside table and the kitchen bits and bobs such as coffee filters,pepper,washing up liquid, paper towel and toilet rolls and such like should not have to be bought by us in a high end let. However these were minor niggles in a very nice property.

Marvellous sunrise and view

A spacious very nice and clean flat. Very well located with a wonderful view on the sea and close to the small village of Puerto de la Duquesa. Thank you to the Duquesa Estates team, especially Matilde who is our main speaker, but also to Megan. We'll be back in April.
