Harbour View is a contemporary three bedroom townhouse which is very well appointed and has a luxurious feel. Located in this pretty area, Lower Parkstone is nestled between Bournemouth and Poole. There is a wealth of things to do and see, for those that seek activity and adventure. But in a quiet residential street, boasting spectacular views of the harbour from each of the balconies, it would also suit those simply seeking relaxation and rest.
Entrance
There are steps which lead up to the front door on a raised ground floor level. The property benefits from an open plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is a high specification and complimented with Corian work surfaces. There are high specification appliances most of which are fully integrated. The living area has a large comfortable sofa and a dining area. There is a new large smart TV.
First Floor
A contemporary spiral staircase leads to the first floor with bedrooms two and three being supported with a luxury Jack & Jill shower room. Both have blackout blinds. One bedroom has a small double and the larger bedroom has a king and a single. The latter has a covered balcony with wonderful views of Poole Harbour.
Second Floor
The super kingsize master bedroom is luxurious (it also has blackout blinds) and is located on the second floor with an equally luxurious bath/shower room of the highest finish sanitary ware. The master suite has a south facing balcony with spectacular views of Poole Harbour.
The utility area is located on the lower ground floor and has a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and has direct access to the underground car park.
Outside Areas There is a ground floor south facing terrace accessed via patio doors from the living room. Outside seating is plentiful allowing you to make the most of this area. There is also, a rear courtyard providing a secure shaded area for children to play. There is an underground car park with allocated car parking for two cars and unrestricted street parking.

Everything about this stay was immaculate from the location to the amenities and everything in the apartment. Julie has thought of everything and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would defo stay again and recommend it to friends - loved listening to the 1980’s music drifting over the trees from the top floor balcony at midnight
Situated about a five minute drive from the fantastic beaches in the Poole area, the property has everything you need for a great holiday as well as views over the harbour.
My family and I had a wonderful time at Harbour View. Pretty much everything you could ask for was provided, the townhouse was scrupulously clean on arrival, the beds were extremely comfortable, the location and views are terrific, and communications with the owner were fast, friendly and always extremely accommodating. Definitely a place we would return to on any future family vacation in Poole.
The property is a 3 bedroom townhouse with two bathrooms and a downstair toilet.
It has a balcony on each upper floor and a lovely sitting out area on the ground floor to view a part of the sea.
A lovely house and located in a wonderful neighbourhood. You can walk to the beach or drive down and park free nearby and then a shorter walk to the beach.

Stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The property met all our expectation, clean, well equipped and good location.
We have stayed in a lot of diffrent properties and this one is in our top two in terms of quality and value for money. We had two cars and garage parking and outside parking was not a problem
Julie the Owner is an excellent communicator and responded in a timely fashion to all our enquiries. I would also like to say that when we had a problem near the end of our stay (not of her making) her response was fantastic.
Overall just a amazing property in a great area and an a fantastic owner.
Wonderfully clean and tidy, this place was perfect for my family (2 kids - 5 & 3). Location is spot on - on a clear day you can see down to the harbor from the front steps as you enter and also from the balconies.
Ample space for them to run around (4 floors!) Spacious bedrooms, lovely modern bathrooms and super comfy beds.
Kitchen and facilities are great - everything you expect and more. Underground car park is great (my 4x4 struggled to fit) but street parking was aplenty and safe.
Would definitely return here next time we visit Sandbanks.
Well situated to get to Sandbanks (7 mins), Bournemouth (12mins) and Poole. Local amenities aren't too far either.
This is a perfect property for a family wanting to spend some time in Poole. The house was easy to find, immaculately clean and the views were beautiful. The host had left the children easter eggs, which was a lovely touch. The house is well equipped and excellently located. We would love to come back. Thank you again.
