Nearly a ski-in/ski-out location! Come to this quiet, private mountain retreat that is just a short, one-block walk to Chairlift #15, located at the Juniper Springs area of Little Eagle Lodge. This townhome-style, ground-level condo boasts a fully-equipped granite kitchen with breakfast bar/stools, formal dining area/table for 6, in-unit washer/dryer, and a community heated pool (in summer) and spa (year-round). Enjoy TVs in every room, and free high-speed internet. Park your car in the secured, heated, underground parking garage.
Stay warm while gathering around the custom river rock fireplace, or get some fresh air on the private deck with BBQ, overlooking the Sierra Star Golf Course.
Accommodates up to 6 people with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk bed beds in the second bedroom with a queen on top and queen on the bottom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens are provided.
On the adjacent street, a free town shuttle picks up every 15 minutes, transitioning between The Village, shops, restaurants, discount outlets, movie theaters, grocery stores and more.

Two parking passes come with this unit. There is only one assigned space in the underground garage (space #105) Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis around the complex.

Her husband Jason also holds a Bachelor's degree from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and has a background in real estate finance and transactions.
