Super maison !!
Nous avons passé 2 semaines à 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) dans cette maison, à 3min en voiture de la mer. Très bien conçue et donc très agréable à vivre avec un salon et une cuisine qui donnent directement sur une grande terrasse, en surplomb d'une piscine sécurisée. Équipement intérieur parfait, rien ne manque. Vue mer très agréable donnant envie de passer du temps sur la terrasse, bref un grand bol d'air ! Pour les Kitesurfers, la maison est idéalement située à 3 minutes du spot de Bois Jolan ainsi que près des commerces de Ste Anne pour les courses. Foncez sans hésiter !!

Accueil chaleureux et convivial des propriétaires, dans une magnifique villa de style créole, située dans un quartier très calme sur les hauteurs de Sainte Anne. La villa est très spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable, super équipée, avec une vue magnifique sur Marie Galante, les Saintes et le sud de Basse Terre. N'oublions pas la piscine en accès direct de la terrasse, très agréable après une dure journée de farniente!! Bref, séjour enchanteur dans un magnifique endroit que nous recommandons vivement, nous y retournerons sans hésiter si un prochain voyage en Guadeloupe se profile.

Un super accueil des propriétaires dans une très belle villa au calme , avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Sainte -Anne, Marie Galante et Les Saintes. La villa de style créole est très bien entretenue, super équipée, très spacieuse et on s'y sent comme chez soi. La piscine est très agréable , directement accessible depuis la terrasse. De super vacances dans un très bel endroit que nous recommandons.

Location à ne pas manquer!!!
Michelle et Jerome nous ont très bien accueilli. Ils ont été a notre écoute et ont pu nous conseille sur les différents itinéraires que nous souhaitions faire. Nous avons eu un temps absolument fabuleux. La maison était spectaculaire. Nous avons adoré la vue et après notre pratique du surf et du kite surf , nous avons apprécié la piscine sur le pont où l'on pouvait se prélasser tranquillement et éviter la promiscuité de la plage. Un grand merci a Michelle pour tous ses conseils et sa disponibilité pour répondre a toutes nos questions. Concernant la maison nous ne pouvions pas demander mieux . C'était à couper le souffle et très spacieux. Les images reflètent très bien la réalité. Il était difficile de plier bagages et de rentrer à la maison. Nous allons définitivement revenir à l'avenir , peut-être même dans le même temps l'année prochaine. Je vais recommander cette maison de vacances à tout le monde que nous connaissons. Je recommande vivement!
Très bon séjour dans cette belle villa avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de sainte-anne. L'endroit est parfaitement calme, la terrasse est agréable et les plus belles plages ne sont pas bien loin.

We built this house in a paradisiac island we discovered during a 10-day Christmas holidays 13 years ago! Since then, it welcomes tourists looking for a thrill. We do the booking for your car rental, your lessons of kitesurfing, windsurfing, scuba diving,or surf (at Ainoa kitesurf and Noa plongée). Do not hesitate to call us about!

What makes this property unique

The view on the kitesurfing spot made us buy the land, located in a quiet location and enjoying a 180 ° sea panorama, in front of the Saintes and Marie-Galante, which we can not get enough! Space Day is fully open on a deck overlooking the pool and garden terrace, the sleeping area has three air-conditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (one four-poster bed of 1.60 m with sea view) and a room with two single beds (sea view also).
